Your daily work includes:
Drive customer insight and research work.
Articulate customer problems and translate these into hypothesis of solutions.
Facilitate discovery of new concepts and get the team with you. Craft and design from end to end - from wireframe to final ready to ship design.
Ensure close sync and iterations with users, engineers, customer service as well as sr. stakeholders to make sure the best solutions are validated as early as possible and progressing with speed.

What you will need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, we believe you are passionate about user facing products and energy tech. You are a true problem solver, like to take accountability, bounce back when the going gets tough and you easily collaborate with others across the company.
In terms of experience, we believe you have +8 years of experience within Product Design of consumer facing products. You have worked the majority of your career in the mobile space and focused on research, usability tests, wireframes, and mockups. Preferably you have some experience with HW products. You also have excellent knowledge of Figma and both quantitative and qualitative user research methods. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you have previously worked at a scale-up company and also if you speak Swedish.
