Company Description
Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality through Afterpay, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.

About the CompanyHi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.About the RoleWe are currently focused on tokenizing publicly traded securities, particularly focused on cash equivalents (e.g. money market funds, US treasuries, etc.). Why Now
2024 has been an exciting year for Doppler. After raising our $20M Series A from CRV in 2022, we have now helped over 41,000 startups and enterprises manage their secrets at scale. After building the community, it is time to scale and monetize. Throughout this year, we’re getting far more ambitious by setting even higher product, growth, sales, and hiring goals!
About Doppler
Doppler’s mission is to make it easy and secure for developers of every experience level and teams of any size to manage their app configuration and secrets. But hasn’t this been done?
Developers tend to be either struggling with the manual management of .env files, or wrestling with an overly complex secrets manager that’s not built for software development. Doppler is changing that by making app configuration and secrets management easy, intuitive, and scalable. It’s the SecretOps platform built by developers for developers.
Our team is entrepreneurial, with a bias for action. We never back down from a spirited debate and believe we are all responsible for exploring the hard questions. We value self-awareness and meaningful impact. We are open to unconventional approaches and have learned not to judge a book by its cover. Your time is your most valuable resource, so you set your hours. We use Slack to communicate and default to zero meetings. We aim to document everything. We also recommend you invest your time in 10% compounding time.
Who We Are
Doppler is a SecretOps platform that enables developers and security teams to keep their secrets secure and in sync wherever they run their code. SecretOps is the set of security philosophies, frameworks, and tools used to operationalize secrets at scale.
The Role
As a Graphic Designer at Doppler, you will be the brand expert, ensuring that every piece of visual communication aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic. You will play a pivotal role in taking our brand to the next level while maintaining the consistency and integrity that our audience expects. About the Team
Doppler’s Design Team is lean, comprised of two product designers and one marketing/brand designer (you!). We’re a security-first team that genuinely cares about the quality of what we produce. We collaborate with as little ego as humanly possible and are constantly trying to improve how we are presented to our target audience and how our users interact with our product.
Joining Doppler as a Graphic Designer is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on our brand and help shape the future of our visual identity. If you are passionate about design and eager to contribute to a growing tech startup, we would love to hear from you.

Ever wondered how it would be to revolutionise one of the least digitised industries in the market, alongside a growing and switched-on team? Read on! _________________________________________________________________________________________We are Shape.Construction! We are digitising the largest and most fundamental industry in the world, the industry that literally builds the foundations of the civilisation we all depend on to spare us from a brutal hunter-gatherer life: CONSTRUCTION It is one of the least digitised industries in the world but also the largest – 1 in 9 people globally work in the construction industry and it constitutes 11% of global GDP. Improving construction strengthens the very foundation of human civilisation. (Watch our short film about it). We got our start as a high-end construction project management consultancy. As a consultancy, we are focused on genuinely upgrading the way construction projects are delivered. We then take the deep understanding of the projects we work on to develop construction management software products that anyone can use to deliver their projects better. We are building a full suite of products one module at a time – kind of like office 365 but for construction management. (Check out Shape, our construction management tech and watch this video about what we are doing) The core of all this is our true secret sauce; people. We only recruit the very best both in capability and personality. We are deeply focused on designing a new type of organisation that is optimised for the flourishing of the people in the team first and foremost. People that join us develop fast as a whole person in ways they never imagined. (Read more about our vision and mission). This approach has allowed us to grow from just 2 people in 2017 to over 180 today (including consultancy) and we are still very much at the beginning!
