👩🔬 Product Analysts at Relive**We're looking for product analysts to join our team to help build amazing experiences that our users love. You'll be part of a small team (you + 5) and be given a clear focus area.
Your job is to work with your team to understand the problems our users are facing, help to define possible solutions, and evaluate our work to know if we're having an impact. You'll support your team by generating insights from exploratory analysis and work to validate the team's hypotheses and look for signals that you're on the right (or wrong) path. You'll help the team to learn fast by making sure we generate learnings quickly and reliably - you'll run the team's A/B testing process, conduct user research, and help answer ad hoc data questions.
You'll be coached and supported by an experienced Lead Product Analyst - Menia. We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, but this should be coupled with mentoring that will help you to grow fast in your role. This means that you will have regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and input. But your mentor will also make sure that you feel empowered to make your own decisions and then reflect on them together.

- Your role will be crucial for making communities within Relive a success. 🙋 Who you are**This role is ideal if you have 2-3 years experience working in a product analytics function. That might be as a product analyst, a data analyst, a user researcher, or similar. You're motivated to become a great product analyst and are curious to develop the skills to understand users. You're comfortable performing data analysis using SQL or conducting user research but you don't need to be experienced in both - if you're willing to learn we can teach you.
If you've already got more than 3 years of experience in a similar role and have experience in both data analysis and user research then the Senior Product Analyst role might be a better fit.

A bit about the role:
As a Senior Product Manager (Studio Game), you will report directly to the VP of Product (Immutable Studio) and spearhead the game squad within Guild of Guardians (GOG).
The core purpose of this role is to prioritise the outcome-based roadmap and create scorecards for features that have been deployed. - Create a roadmap based on the performance of the feature once the feature is launched. Socialising this within the team and iterating on the feature backlog to create a long-term roadmap
We would love you to have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience driving the short-term and long-term product strategy and roadmap, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring the timely execution and delivery of products (in top tech firm or successful startup)

About the Role

About a Product Lead role:

Five Lives is a well-funded Digital Therapeutics (DTx) start-up with the mission to “Add life to years”, helping people live a longer healthier life. We build DTx solutions in close collaboration with our world-leading clinical partners to help users prevent and manage Central Nervous System (CNS) conditions. Our first product is a mobile app that empowers 50+-year-old users to track their brain health via clinically-validated risk assessment and to reduce their inidual risk of future dementia through lifestyle improvement. We believe that strong consumer engagement combined with the integration of state-of-the-art clinical science are the key to brain health for the millions of people at risk.
The role
We’re looking to expand our team with a new position of Product Manager - Monetisation, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll lead the product monetisation roadmap and KPIs for our Five Lives brain health platform / mobile application. You will be joining at an exciting time as our product is being officially launched in the coming months.
You will work closely with fellow product managers and the the whole organisation (Leadership, Tech, Design, Science, Marketing and Data teams) to build and deliver a sustainable business model for our engaging & science backed-experience:
- Establish and manage the product monetisation roadmap - driving new features through their product lifecycle (from ideation, specification, development, analysis and iteration)
- Manage and improve our key product metrics (conversion, churn, ROI, …) so we can grow sustainably
- Run extensive A/B testing experiment to make fast-moving and data-informed product iterations
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover user needs and validate ideas before development
Requirements
The role is fully remote with the majority of the team based in the UK and France. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Compulsory:
- You have 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a previously successful B2C subscription-based mobile app
- Fluent in best practices of mobile monetisation, engagement / retention and A/B testing iterations
- You have a strong analytical mindset combined with great communication skills
- Ability to inspire and bring others along the product journey with you
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for how to improve processes.
- UX and design knowledge ; experience working with wireframing tools and giving visual input
- You are a strong team player with a high level of self-awareness, and you can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You are able to work with tight deadlines and minimal daily supervision across a large variety of tasks.
- You are fluent in English, with impeccable communication skills.
- You are based within +/- 2 hours of CET/GMT time zones.

About the role:
