Job Overview:
IdentDeFi is a new blockchain protocol that aims to build tools inside of tokens. Our team’s thesis is that the token layer of infrastructure has been overlooked and relatively under-explored. Our project originated after winning the ETHDenver 2022 Hackathon for DeFi. The core product is designed as an ERC-20 wrapper token. These wrapper tokens are represented by the .safe terminology (USDC.safe, DAI.safe, FRAX.safe, etc.) and are built to ensure that all parties in a transaction are compliant.
About the Role:
We’re focused on building a world class team that is passionate about brainstorming, developing, and shipping products that bring significant value to the DeFi ecosystem.
We’re looking for hungry thinkers that are passionate about DeFi markets and are constantly ideating about problems & solutions. If you’re interested in building and working with liquidity infrastructure, cross-chain messaging, and composability solutions & tooling, we’d love to talk to you about this opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Strong thinker that is constantly thinking creatively about product, partnerships, and growth - as a linear thinker you will not succeed in this role

- Strong interpersonal skills suited to developing & closing protocol partnerships
- Enjoys traveling & attending Web3 conferences (all expenses paid)
- Basic understanding of the role of compliance in financial markets
- Passion for learning about crypto & Web3 trends

- New MacBook Pro
- Stipend for home office (monitors, desk, etc.)
- Team trips (hackathons, conferences, etc.)
