We are looking for a seasoned Director of Data Engineering, who lives and breathes tackling data challenges to join our growing team. This is a challenging, impactful, and highly collaborative position. What you will do:
As a Productivity Lab Data Analyst, you will be directly involved in the analysis, validation and curation of workforce productivity data, turning data into insights that will help ActivTrak’s customers gain better understanding of their people and enable them to make data driven decisions across their organization.

What you will do
As a part of the Attribution team you will design and implement systems for ingesting, transforming, connecting, storing, and delivering data from a wide range of sources with varying levels of complexity and scale that enable us to associate domains and IPs to companies on a continous basis. The Order Specialist position plays a key role in servicing our customers. Work with Design Associate and Sales Representative to redesign any complex kitchens or take care of any major SKU changes as requested by the FSR.
Review all selections and options and ensure PO is accurate. Request VPO’s when needed. Working with Builders Purchasing Dept. to resolve P.O. discrepancies.
Prepare countertop orders and send to countertop supplier. Place email confirmations in Box Job Folder.
May create install packet that stays in box folder which includes the layout, items list, countertop information.
Finalize and submit order utilizing internal system(s)
Work with Account Managers on recurring design changes and P.O. issues that need to be corrected and make sure you use the most up to date information provided by them.

About your core focus

What You'll Need:

You should:

Working as a Data Delivery Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure success of data collection final outcomes, helping us scale and build the most complete and reliable database of sustainability information. Maximize performance of data collection vendors:

Define and monitor quality and efficiency KPIs using business intelligence tools and Python/SQL
Optimize internal data research and data quality assurance efforts:

Maximize synergies of internal efforts in terms of increase of updated coverage and assess vendor quality to prevent overload of the internal team.
Drive the end to end delivery of collection of all data types (sustainability, funds and financial data):
Internally communicate how collection efforts transformed into company outcomes (% updated data points in product)
Create and maintain documented data standards and dictionaries, including how new data related are created, stored and labeled
Coordination with internal data teams to ensure alignment between data collection deliveries and Clarity AI data platform
Support the execution of the technical data delivery

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Bachelor/University level degree (computer engineer, financial engineer, finance, economics, accounting, or similar field of study)
At least 5 years of relevant working experience (ESG-related experience is highly preferred)
Intermediate level of SQL and Python
Expertise in driving vendor performance reporting and creating dashboards with BI tools (Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Grow and maintain our job taxonomy by researching new and emerging jobs, writing job descriptions, and auditing existing jobs for improvements, consistencies, and reorganizations
Work to improve our proprietary data sets by analyzing their structure similarities and differences and working to build crosswalks and translations between them
Price jobs and conduct market analysis to determine competitive base and total compensation in multiple labor markets
Audit existing and create new company job matches to our proprietary data sets
Ensure the accuracy and quality of data sets by performing thorough and complex data analysis and validation
Provide internal and external client support on all data sets including answering questions on data methodology, pulling sample data, compiling reports, creating data visualization dashboards, and joining client calls
Work with cross functional teams to provide assistance on or insight to ongoing data analysis projects
Understanding the ins and outs of our compensation datasets to become a subject matter expert on the various factors that influence pay
Participate in client-focused working sessions to help our customers align their company jobs to the jobs offered in our data sets
Prepare files and partner with our Database Administrators to update our database tables

Requirements
This is an experienced position where prior experience in compensation and data analytics is required
A background in statistics, economics, mathematics, compensation, or other related fields
Customer service, focused on problem solving and troubleshooting
Experience pricing jobs and conducting market analysis in multiple labor markets
Research and data analysis skills and mindset
An aptitude for data and experience writing well structured SQL queries to get information from disparate datasets
Experience with relational databases
Excellent Excel skills and are comfortable with advanced functions including v-lookups, pivot tables, and experience writing macros is a plus
Experience with data visualization – Tableau experience preferred
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Project management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and share results with both technical and non-technical partners
A desire to be the best, with a positive work attitude and inquisitive nature. You will be working in a highly flexible and fast paced environment
