Requirements

• Own and drive the analytics roadmap for Marketing and promote data-based decision making across the organization
• Develop tools for cross-functional reports, across all channels, that demonstrate data-driven insights
• Dive into our platform and data warehouse to answer questions about user behavior for key stakeholders
• Provide data and insights for weekly reports with key KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of live initiatives and recommend tactical pivots
• Develop smart and insightful dashboards and reports tracking performance across channels to promote data-driven decision-making and optimize conversion
• Forecast performance across all channels based on historical data and growth trends
• Lead continuous, data-based improvement of all digital marketing and onsite activities via A/B testing and behavioral analysis

• Consolidate information (from internal and agency sources) to provide a clear and consistent view of the marketing performance of initiatives
• Connect marketing initiatives against performance-based metrics (ie: sales lift) compare against goals and derive key insights across channels.

Your Background:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics/business intelligence required, with a preference for this experience in a fast-paced / start-up environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent exposure to a quantitative domain
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics platform (Tableau, Looker, Domo, etc.). Specific Power BI (DAX/M) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience using Google Analytics and at least one other advanced analytics platform (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Apache Superset, Supermetrics) – certifications are a plus
• High-level understanding of analytical concepts like funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.
• Practical experience in data manipulation and visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts related to experiment design, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.

About the Role

At present we're a small data team working closely with marketing, customer experience and product engineering teams on the full breadth of data work. We're doing everything from building data pipelines and defining and creating datasets, to building reports and dashboards, to more advanced data science and analytics. By joining our growing team you can help us translate business problems into practical, digestible analytics aiding our teams to be data informed and make better decisions. We are currently a team of 55 based across the UK working remotely/hybrid, following a recent funding round we have ambitious plans to scale our team and grow our product. 

Our main dashboarding and reporting tools are Looker and Google Data Studio. While this is our current setup, we're not constrained by this stack. There's flexibility to choose the right tool for the job if that will deliver the outcomes we need.

What you'll do

You'll bring our data together and make it available to TravelNest so we can all make better decisions on a daily basis.

Our customers are within industrial process segments that collect and use large amounts of sensor data like oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, chemical, energy, power, food processing, etc. Ultimately, the goal is to help our customers increase sustainability and production, drive down costs, etc. in energy, food, medicines, and other consumable products to make the world a better place. The Analytics Engineer - Lead Instructor will be an expert in delivering, helping to scale, and continuing the development of our innovative hands-on data analytics training, which helps process engineers, operators, data scientists, and managers learn how to use data to make better business decisions (improving sustainability, reliability, productivity, safety, etc.). Enabling our customers to use Seeq to its fullest (through learning) is critical to their success and ours, and candidates are expected to continuously learn, grow, and contribute across several departments within the company. Reporting to the Head of Data you’ll join a small but growing team of highly talented engineers in which you will be key in growing Petlab Co.’s data engineering capabilities. We are looking for a Data Annotation Lead to join our team! This person will oversee data annotation activities related to our automation products in healthcare technology. The Data Annotation Lead is responsible for giving revenue cycle data input necessary for improving and developing algorithms for our automation software. This person understands the ways data can be used for predicting healthcare software performance and speeding up the development process. A successful candidate will have high attention to detail, an appreciation for data integrity, and leadership skills to drive efficiency for a small team of annotators.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the data annotation team including but not limited to, personnel management, onboarding, training, and troubleshooting and resolution of issues
• Manage UI technical changes including rule template building, validation, and extraction confirmation for OCR and Annotation labeling technology
• Research new automation builds by providing videos of processes with clear understanding of workflows completed, including payer portal navigations across various modules
• Research specific claim issues with portal navigation or other systems and provide details for technical enhancements
• Set up processes to continually deliver high quality consistent data annotations efficiently
• Propose and experiment on improvements of dataset collection processes
• Hold daily or regular team meetings to organize workload across team and clients
• Prioritize team to-dos and propose approach to leadership
• Confirm work of annotation team and check for functional accuracy and understanding
• Provide feedback for annotation team on any items as needed
• Enter technical fixes/issues in Jira system with appropriate details and respond to any questions form Engineering team
• Validate changes in Janus tool suite
• Partner with other functions of the company such as customer success, product, and engineering to share high quality feedback

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations, data annotation, or other relevant fields
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and process-driven, without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Ability to suggest improvements and dig deep into optimizing and streamlining processes
• Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment of an early-stage startup.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Experience developing and managing a growing team
• Ability to delegate and coordinate the efforts of your team, while remaining involved in day-to-day operations
