We're looking for a senior developer who excels in working full-stack, but can bring their distinctive skills to our team, whether that's someone who loves writing tests or has a flair for game design. Whatever you do, we need you to have top-notch JScript and C# skills.
Our mission is to make it easy for teachers to create interactive games and worksheets for their students. Our site automates the process of resource design, so teachers can simply enter the content that is appropriate for their class – a list of keywords, definitions, questions or images. Wordwall produces the content in over 60 different templates; for example, gameshow quizzes, crosswords, labelled diagrams and arcade games. It seeks to disrupt the publisher-driven model of paid-for “professionally” made educational content by putting high-quality content creation in the hands of teachers and making that teacher-made content freely accessible through our online community.

Fibbl is a Swedish startup that creates augmented reality experiences for e-commerce.
We handle all the steps:
- Photogrammetry - Scanning of real products.
- Production of 3D models from photos.
- 3D model optimizations (if needed).
- Storage and distribution of 3D content and metadata.
- 3D/AR/VTO experience display on client's websites via special Fibbl components.
Besides 3D models, Fibbl also provides Augmented reality (AR), Virtual Try-on (VTO), images and videos.
You can read more on our website https://fibbl.com
We strive to automate all the processes and make it as easy as possible for our clients to add 3D, AR and VTO to their websites. This goal requires quite a lot of work - both on the backend and frontend. So we are looking for an experienced full-stack developer.
Who can apply
This is a completely remote position. We are ready to work with anyone from any country, if:
- You are able to be online within about 6 hours on workdays from 9 am to 6 pm Stockholm time (CET).
- You can receive payments from Sweden (SWIFT payments in EUR are preferred).
What skills are required
- Good spoken English - we are an international team, not native speakers, but we should be able to understand each other easily.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Good knowledge and experience with React+Redux, JS & TS, Node.js.
- An ability to solve different and unique tasks.
- Flexibility and sharpness of mind.
What skills are good to have
- AWS (serverless solutions) - we use it for all our infrastructure.

- Three.js, WebGL, maths, experience in computer graphics - we are using Three.js to render 3D models. From time to time we need to improve/adjust it to meet our clients' requirements. These tasks are rare, but if you are familiar with computer graphics, it will be a plus.
What we offer
- From 20 to 45 EUR per hour (and even more for really skilled candidates). When you work - you are paid, when you don’t - you are not. It’s a full-time position, so we would expect you to work 40 hours a week.
- Flexible work hours - you can decide yourself when you work, but you should participate in meetings and be online at the same time with other team members for several hours a day.
- A possibility to be creative and work on non standard tasks, make architectural decisions, learn new technologies and approaches.
- We are a small international team - only 3 developers + CTO. So each developer is important.
Additional notes
If you are a person who can learn new things and grow professionally without much help from others, if you are smart, not afraid of challenges, and ready to work on new non-standard tasks, then this job can be rather beneficial for you.
If you are looking for a calm job, where you can work on well-defined tasks and forget about them once they are finished, then it’s better not to apply. At Fibbl all developers have to understand and care about the company’s aim and our clients’ needs.
Fibbl is a startup, its goals are changing, and the future isn’t secured. We are not working overtime (if you thought about that), but our inner processes are constantly evolving, so there is certain instability and uncertainty. It’s an opportunity to get much valuable experience that is quite difficult to acquire in big teams and big companies, but it’s not for everyone.

Our team**Aha! engineering is a mid-sized, fully remote team that is highly productive. We are centered around North American time zones so we can collaborate during the workday.
- We help each other grow: We each bring unique skills to the table and want our teammates to feel valued from the start. Our onboarding program exposes new hires to the codebase and lets them contribute right away.
- We move quickly: We ship code multiple times a day. We believe in getting valuable features in front of customers and iteratively improving as we learn what works and what does not.
- We value product over process: We want the team to have the time and focus on solving complex challenges. We minimize the overhead by setting clear goals and avoiding heavyweight processes and excessive meetings.
- We share knowledge freely: We share our learnings with each other and with the developer community. Our engineering blog demonstrates how we tackle interesting challenges at Aha!
- We enjoy: We like what we do. And we want you to love your team and your job too. Learn more about The Responsive Method, our company values, and the generous benefits we offer.
**
Our technology**Our web application is a single-instance, multi-tenant Ruby on Rails monolith supported by Postgres (database), Redis (background jobs), and memcached (Rails caching). We also run a Node.js webserver to support collaborative editing and real-time updates. Our application is hosted on Amazon Web Services and architected with ECS for reproducibility and scalability.
We utilize a growing amount of React on the front end to build rich client-side experiences, including our fully collaborative text editor and our slide presentation editor. We balance the strengths of both technologies — Rails for its conventions and simplicity and React for more powerful interactive functionality.
We embrace new technologies that help us deliver a lovable product, but we also remain cognizant of the maintenance overhead that a new library or platform brings. We solve the problems in front of us rather than prematurely optimizing to address issues that may never materialize.
We do most of our planning and collaboration in Aha! Roadmaps and built Aha! Develop so that software engineers and their teams could take advantage of those same rich features. We use Slack and Zoom for video calls. (Email? Rarely.)
**
Your experience**Most of our features involve writing significant Ruby on Rails code so you should have experience working in a Rails codebase. We also write a lot of React but we are happy to help you learn that part on the job.
We believe that being a kind person who elevates the rest of the team is just as valuable as writing great code. You have strong problem-solving skills and experience working on important functionality for a cloud-based product. You are humble, eager to learn, and always willing to help others. You want teammates who enjoy solving problems regardless of the technologies and techniques involved. You have worked at meaningful scale before and want to do so again. You also have the below experience and skills:
- 4+ years of experience working in Ruby on Rails
- Builder of scalable, efficient, and maintainable architectures
- Experience developing features at a high-growth SaaS company

(Email? Rarely.)

- Active collaborator with product teams

About Us
Chainlink Labs is the primary contributing developer of Chainlink, the decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web. Chainlink is the industry-standard platform for providing access to real-world data, offchain computation, and secure cross-chain interoperability across any blockchain. Chainlink Labs helps power verifiable applications for banking, DeFi, global trade, and gaming by collaborating with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, notably Swift, DTCC, and ANZ. Chainlink Labs also works with top Web3 teams, including Aave, Compound, GMX, Maker, and Synthetix. Chainlink Labs was ranked in Newsweek’s 100 Most Loved Workplaces 2023 in both the United Kingdom.
The Engineering Team
At Chainlink Labs, our engineering team pushes the scale and capabilities of decentralized applications across the industry. The Chainlink Network holds >70% market share in the oracle space, solving real-world problems by enabling smart contracts to securely interact with off-chain data/computation.
We value talented and driven craftsmen who work collaboratively to tackle complex challenges, deliver product impact, and grow as builders. Join us and shape the future of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
About the Role
The Engineering Operations team supports product teams by providing specialized expertise required to keep products in a safe and reliable functioning condition while maximizing delivery velocity. Engineering Operations functions as a security, release, and operational layer ensuring optimal balance between feature delivery velocity and product stability. We focus on minimizing operational risk, improving tempo, and automating manual processes that prevent software delivery from being repeatable and stable.
DevOps Engineer combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems. Much of our software development focuses on building infrastructure and eliminating work through automation. We are distributed across time zones and continents, and we embrace remote work.
In the EngOps team, we follow the infrastructure-as-code approach and practice GitOps. Our on-call rotation uses the follow-the-sun pattern. We all have different backgrounds and are determined to help you succeed no matter where you are or who you are. If you think you would do a great job at Chainlink, we are looking forward to speaking with you, even if you don’t match 100% of the job requirements: those describe people we’ve usually had a great time working with, but they’re not a tick-box exercise.
Your Impact
- Automate and reduce complexities around product operations
- Evangelize and enact best practices as experts
- Make tooling user-friendly and accessible to create self-sufficient operational experts across the company and our network of Node Operators
- Continue delivering operational tasks in agreed SLOs to expand scalability and reliability
- Deliver high product velocity while protecting reliability and operability
- Pair with engineers from across the company to help with troubleshooting, deploy new services, and figure out how to increase developer velocity and eliminate pain points
- Support production systems by being on-call
- Provide technical leadership for the local team and work closely with partner team technical leads
Requirements
- Excitement for blockchain, Web 3.0, and similar decentralized technologies
- Be willing to go on-call. Reliability is our most important feature, because on-call is an essential component of a reliable system we take it very seriously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in DevOps or SRE and Software engineering background. We’re big on building internal tools and automation, doing code reviews, etc.
- Experience designing and implementing automation tools in one or more programming languages
- Experience with CI/CD. You know how to deploy your services reliably and have used tools like GitHub Actions, CirceCI, TravisCI, or Jenkins to achieve that
- Experience with scripting and configuration management. You can write scripts to automate routine tasks and have familiarity with tools like Ansible, Puppet and Chef
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools helping to create and manage a collection of related resources like Terraform, CloudFormation (AWS), Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Google Cloud Deployment Manager, etc.
- Experience with distributed systems and container orchestration. You have maintained or even built Kubernetes clusters before and feel comfortable deploying complete new services on them or have familairy with Docker
- Experience with Git-based version control systems that keep track of changes to code, configuration and enable collaboration
- Strong communication skills. It’s a fully remote job that requires working with multiple stakeholders across all of Engineering. Great communication is as essential as the technical knowledge for this role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in fully remote teams across time zones. We are spread out across time zones and prefer asynchronous communication and documenting our work instead of calling meetings
- Experience working in scale-up companies of a similar size or early-stage startups
- Experience in blockchain or DeFi space
- Experience with monitoring and logging. You know how to export metrics to Prometheus, have built a Grafana dashboard or two, and have experience with a centralized logging solution like the Elastic Stack, Spunk or LogDNA
- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in tech communities. Being involved with the greater tech community, working with people outside of the company, mentoring other people, giving conference talks—in other words, the desire to share knowledge
