We’re specifically looking for contractors or agencies that have the availability to complete 2-3 migration projects per week on average.
Candidates applying for this contract role will need to complete a migration-specific assessment as part of the interview process.

- Have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values
Nice to Have
- ConvertKit Expert certification
- Certification in other email marketing platforms
- Keap/Infusionsoft experience
Compensation
This is a contract position and compensation will be based on a by-project rate based upon inidual project scope and complexity.
Number of assignments will vary depending upon contractor availability and migration queue.
ConvertKit is an equal opportunity employer. We value ersity in all of its forms, and we hire the best person we can for each role, no matter your personal background. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.

CONTRACT TYPE
FULL TIME

EquipmentShare is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to be responsible for managing the Data Ops/Engineering team.
Despite having been fundamentally altered by earlier industrial revolutions, the construction industry has hardly budged with the computer revolution. In fact, since 1970, labor productivity in the US construction industry has actually declined, despite it more than doubling in the rest of the economy. This has contributed to housing shortages and the parlous state of infrastructure in some places, and is sanding the gears of carbon reduction efforts.
We think the industry is ripe for change, and we’re pushing the leading edge of that change with our next generation T3 Platform, the OS for Construction. Through T3, we help contractors to coordinate humans and (increasingly smarter) machines to build more effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage both our data operations and analytics engineering functions, which are dedicated to enabling industry-leading analytics and data science at EquipmentShare
- Help to attract and retain top talent for this team, and to develop the skills of the engineers within the team
- Play a leading role in articulating and assessing system design options and setting the roadmap for future development of our data systems
- Work closely with directors and executives across the builder and operations orgs to ensure best practices in terms of data access, security, traceability, etc.
Why We’re a Better Place to Work
- Competitive compensation packages
- 401 (k) and company match
- Health insurance and medical coverage benefits
- Unlimited paid time off
- Generous paid parental leave
- Volunteering and local charity initiatives that help you nurture and grow the communities you call home
- Opportunities for career and professional development with conferences, events, seminars, continued education
- State of the art onsite gym (Corporate HQ)/Gym stipend for remote employees
About You
Our mission to change an entire industry is not easily achieved, so we only hire people who are inspired by the goal and up for the challenge. In turn, our employees have every opportunity to grow with us, achieve personal and professional success and enjoy making a tangible difference in an industry that’s long been resistant to change.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree, or equivalent practical experience, in computer science, software engineering or related field
- 5+ years working on technology-powered products as either a data platform engineer, data engineer, analytics engineer or a closely related role
- 3+ years working as a people manager in a data engineering team

About Crowdbotics
- Crowdbotics is a new way to build software using modular parts and a visual build tool. We’ve made a bet that the people building products and companies around Crowdbotics represent a new kind of software creator that, if we do our job right, will become the new normal for how people build software in the next decade with readymade parts, cloud talent, and automated tools that empower everyone to be a maker. We see this as the future, and our customers, investors, and the market do too. To that end, Crowdbotics is creating what we call an Operating System for Application Development. What exactly does this mean? Contemporary application development requires the use of multiple tools and processes that are often spread across multiple disconnected systems. The Crowdbotics App Builder seeks to unify all these tools and processes into a single system with 4 key facets:
- No-code engine which enables users to build applications without coding, including a way to create database models visually, import screen layouts and designs from common development tools, and visually link screens to external services.
- Workforce management which enables a user to source talent from a curated menu of Crowdbotics experts who can help take your product over the finish line.
- Process and Project Management: We enable a user to manage all aspects of their agile development process, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Deployment and post-deployment maintenance which allows the user to one-click deploy their application to various cloud providers (Heroku being the most popular), app stores, and to provision and manage other infrastructure resources seamlessly.
