ALL SOURCEGRAPH ROLES ARE FULLY REMOTE
Who we are
Our mission at Sourcegraph is to make it so that everyone can code, not just ~0.1% of the population. Our code graph powers Cody, the most powerful and accurate AI coding assistant, as well as our Code Search product, which helps devs explore their entire codebase and make large-scale migrations and security fixes. We’re building software that builds software, and in doing so we’re making devs more productive and preparing for a world where a lot more code gets written.
It’s an exciting time to join Sourcegraph. AI has taken over the world, and we’ve spent the last 10 years building infrastructure that’s integral to making AI generated code more powerful and accurate. Our customers include 4/5 FAANG companies, 4 of the top 10 banks, government organizations, Uber, Plaid, and many other companies building the software that pushes the world forward. We’ve raised $225M at a $2.625B valuation from Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia, Redpoint, Craft and others. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn’t a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products – all within one platform. More importantly, there isn’t a team more committed to helping creators earn a living.
We’re on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote. We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team.
The ConvertKit culture is one where emotional intelligence is valued, radical candor is encouraged, and where everyone works together to uphold a set of shared team principles.
The role
We’re hiring for 1-2 part-time contractors or agencies to work with our Implementations Team to migrate new ConvertKit customers from their prior email marketing providers. We’re looking for people that love the tech side of email marketing. Not only should you be able to set up integrations and determine what’s possible with ConvertKit, but you should also have a knack for breaking down the details with our customers to help them make informed decisions.
We’re specifically looking for contractors or agencies that have the availability to complete 2-3 migration projects per week on average.
Candidates applying for this contract role will need to complete a migration-specific assessment as part of the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Migrate customer accounts from other email marketing providers (like MailChimp & MailerLite) to ConvertKit with a high level of accuracy
- This includes email sequences, automations, email templates, forms, etc.
- Set up and test existing customer integrations with ConvertKit (like Divi forms, ThriveLeads, Teachable, etc.)
- Communicate consistently with both ConvertKit customers and the Implementation team
- This includes but is not limited to surfacing any technical issues, product feedback, and any at-risk projects
- Consistently meet or exceed deadlines and customer expectations
- Meet with the ConvertKit team and occasionally migration customers via Zoom
- Complete 2-3 migrations per week on average
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience completing ConvertKit migrations with references
- Familiarity with setting up ConvertKit integrations with multiple platforms
- Moderate CSS and HTML experience
- Superior project management skills
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to work in US or EU time zones, though you can be based anywhere
- Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
- Have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values
Nice to Have
- ConvertKit Expert certification
- Certification in other email marketing platforms
- Keap/Infusionsoft experience
Compensation
This is a contract position and compensation will be based on a by-project rate based upon inidual project scope and complexity.
Number of assignments will vary depending upon contractor availability and migration queue.
ConvertKit is an equal opportunity employer. We value ersity in all of its forms, and we hire the best person we can for each role, no matter your personal background. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.
ConvertKit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
