Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a focus on the retail domain.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience using libraries and frameworks for data manipulation, analysis, and machine learning (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

Compensation and Benefits
