Create detailed step-by-step instructions on how to replace and repair key parts on fitness equipment safely. Use of photos to convey exactly what will be seen by the user is key.
Work with an external vendor to create 3-d rendered animated videos to show the assembly and key replacement parts procedures.
Revise previously released documentation, as needed.
Manage translations of documentation into key languages, with the ability to revise the translated content as needed.
Create and review ECRs (Engineering Change Request) in product lifecycle management system used to track all revisions to documentation and products.

3 – 5 years of experience in Technical Writing

Roles and Responsibilities:

Use knowledge of M365 and EM+S products, methods, and solutions to design, engineer, and make technical recommendations on Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, Compliance, and Security for GuidePoint clients

Work with subject-matter experts from other GuidePoint Information Assurance practices to understand internal process and functional requirements (e.g., GRC, AppSec, DFIR, Penetration Testing).
Accurately and consistently document findings and recommendations that is easily digested by clients including procedural documentation and technical briefings.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed project objective and user expectations.

About this role

We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalably. We are seeking a data associate responsible for designing and implementing our data systems for enrolling and paying recipients.

This role is an opportunity to deepen your project management skills and gain experience writing code. You will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. Compensation

At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. TCP/IP, computer networking, routing and switching.
Experience in firewall and intrusion detection/prevention.
Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, C, C++, etc.).
Updating best practices, security procedures and standards.
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field.

The base salary range for this position is $90,700 – $106,700. Range shown in $USD for US residents. Other countries will differ. Position overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help with shaping our go-to-market strategy and fueling our product growth through data-driven and actionable insights. Reporting to the Head of Data and working closely with the Growth Team, the ideal candidate requires both business acumen and technical expertise, playing a pivotal role in ensuring an efficient go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to understand their needs, translate them into data requirements, and use data analytics to support decision making, while aligning data-driven insights with the overall go-to-market strategy.
Assist stakeholders in interpreting and using data for their daily tasks and provide actionable recommendations based on the analyses.
Conduct data analysis using tools like SQL, Python, Amplitude and Looker to extract meaningful patterns and relationships used to understand markets and customers.
Synthesize findings and communicate them in a practical and actionable manner through visualizations and storytelling.
Attend the reporting requirements of the organisation: from ad-hoc requests coming from the Growth Team to recurring financial and regulatory reports.
Ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of all reports and analyses.
Continuously seek ways to improve data-related processes, including report automation, data quality assurance, and advanced analytics techniques.

Requirements

Advanced SQL and Python skills with proven experience in data analysis, especially in the marketing and product growth domains.
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics and Looker.
Strong data modeling and wrangling skills coupled with statistical knowledge (e.g. probability distributions, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis)
Strong business acumen with skills such as customer-centricity, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
A methodical and logical approach combined with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) products and services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI is a plus.
