The Professional Services team will help our new customers get up and running on Metabase and help our existing customers improve and add to their Metabase use. This is a great job for someone who loves data analytics, enjoys helping others, and is excited to work for a startup.
A typical day will involve a mix of: working with our customers to understand their needs, executing the plans you’ve created with our customers to transform data or create dashboards, and providing guidance on best practices. Any given week, you might construct SQL queries to analyze data in Metabase, drop into a programming language to debug an embedding issue, or collaborate with our writing team.

The Team
You will join the Customer Compliance Team, which is focused on building trust with customers through sharing information about Cloudflare’s security program and policies. About you
You are a polyglot hacker in the dev-ops space, and you’re passionate about tools, developer-experience, and infrastructure, with a solid experience of the challenges faced by other developers. Your strong sense of empathy helps you to understand your peers’ challenges and you sharply understand how to balance solving now and future problems, carving a path to implement your vision.
First, you have a deep understanding of the software lifecycle, having experienced it yourself by working on the product side, and a strong familiarity with all the tools supporting it; e.g.:
- You’ve worked with Bazel or other build systems to support polyglot codebases.

- Create technical documentation to instruct a user on how to assemble, operate and maintain a piece of fitness equipment safely. This documentation is created primarily in InDesign using the information acquired from 3d models and physical samples. Illustrations are created using SolidWorks and Illustrator.

WHO YOU ARE

About this role
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalably. Job Summary
The Information Security and Compliance Analyst is responsible for IT security solutions and responses for all corporate and production environments.
