Your impact:
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will lead the initiative to build and scale our machine learning and generative AI capabilities. You’ll act as the expert in designing robust ML models and AI systems. Your responsibilities will include designing guidelines and frameworks to assess AI risks and implement bias mitigation strategies across all projects. You’ll provide mentorship to other data scientists and engineers, guiding them in applying best practices in AI model development and deployment. Collaborate with internal architects and engineering teams to create seamless data flows that support complex ML model training and inference.

- Architect and build scalable machine learning solutions and AI applications

Responsibilities
The MIDS team is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Project Manager. This qualified inidual will operate, maintain, and guide the development of Peraton delivered security, privacy, and compliance services associated with our continuously expanding role in IRS IT Service Delivery.
Originally signed in 2021, MIDS began as a 10 year, billion-dollar infrastructure hardware as a service contract. Modifications to the contract through 2024 have expanded the managed service operations and maintenance role up the stack to encompass IaaS and a PaaS IOC. Service delivery is expected to continue expanding all the way through data center operations beginning in FY25. MIDS seeks a widely experienced and versatile security and compliance leader with outstanding textual, graphical, and personal communications skills to navigate the transition of a wide range of centrally delivered services with IRS Operations teams and Cyber Security.
What you will do:
MIDS currently operates a security boundary consisting of 75 mixed Windows and Linux monitoring and management application servers supporting the managed service, as well as several hundred storage and resource systems underpinning the entirety of IRS physical and virtual Open Systems across 2 primary and 6 smaller data centers.
- As the functional ISSO for the MIDS boundary, the MIDS Security Manager is accountable for the secure operation and maintenance of the monitoring and management application systems and the provided technologies.
- Will pull scan reports from the IRS source, coming to an understanding of the scan findings, documenting the remediation or mitigation plan for the responsible system or application administrator, and tracking findings through disposition.
- The security manager participates in annual assessments and contingency plan exercises, providing artifacts and documentation as needed by the FISMA security teams of the six General Support Systems to which we contribute technology and operations support.
- Serves as the MIDS Contractor Security Representative, engaging as required with IRS Leadership, Architecture, Function, and Operations teams as the security, privacy, and compliance subject matter expert and representative of the MIDS and Peraton leadership team.
- Process MIDS account technology and security changes through the IRS-defined processes, managing schedules, and Peraton team participation. Continuously engages with the MIDS Operations teams activities for situational awareness, works tickets and pitches in wherever needed.
- The Security manager is a member of the account leadership team, serves as the on-call operations manager in an approximately monthly rotation, works with solutioning and contracts to update and maintain service delivery features, participates in account, sector, and company-wide security community of interest activities, transfers knowledge and participates in solutioning new efforts, etc.
- The MIDS Security Manager also updates and maintains the MIDS accounts
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Addiitonal years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
- Thorough understanding of U.S. Federal government format and legal processes

We are looking for a strategic, experienced, creative, entrepreneurial inidual to join our team of CRM, customer service, and vision-focused professionals. You will have the opportunity to help define the future of how we support Federations in their CRM and data initiatives, maintaining their status quo but with an eye towards their future as we build out platforms that will assist them in achieving their goals and objectives for their communities.
This is a systems-driven role for someone with at least five years of CRM consulting, platform customer support, and technology training experience. The Role
We are looking to onboard an accountable SRE to join our DevOps and SRE team with focus on operating Ethereum validator systems and Eigenlayer AVSs (Actively Validated Services) for restaking solutions. You will be part of the Nethermind team accountable for managing Nethermind Node Operator services and duties. You will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Ethereum validators on the blockchain network, as well as other production systems. You will work remotely to cover a different timezone and collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, automate tasks, document processes, and continuously improve the system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining production systems including Ethereum validators and Blockchain nodes, AVSs, and other applications. This involves setting up monitoring tools, troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, and implementing custom tooling if required.
- In the event of an incident or outage, the SRE will be responsible for quickly identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing a fix to restore service. This may require working outside of normal business hours to respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Work intensively with Container Orchestration technologies and constantly optimizing infrastructure costs.
- Responsible for documenting processes, procedures, post-incident reports, and best practices related to running our services in production. This documentation will help ensure consistency and quality across the team, and will also serve as a reference for future team members.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the team to ensure that all production services are running smoothly and that any issues are addressed quickly especially Ethereum validators. This may include participating in on-call rotations, attending team meetings, and working on cross-functional projects with other teams.
- Responsible for automating as many tasks as possible in order to reduce the amount of manual work required to manage infrastructures. This includes scripting, developing tools, and setting up automation using Terraform and CI/CD to streamline processes.
- Responsible for continuously improving the processes, procedures, and tools used to manage blockchain nodes and validators. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and measuring the impact of those changes to ensure they are effective.
- Responsible for evaluating the business needs and producing various designs to achieve the assigned projects.
- Provide systems expertise and drive operational best practices. Responsible for setting up and maintaining performance system monitoring.
In this role, we need you to have experience in (you should have):
- IAC experience running on any cloud platform, preferably on AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in Linux operating system and command-line tools.
- Skills in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, preferably ArgoCD.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker with Docker Compose and Kubernetes.

This role
We are looking for a design verification lead with a strong background in ASIC verification an interest in communication networks. As the lead design verification engineer you will work closely with other engineer teams to drive all aspects of the verification effort for our custom chip. Your primary scope of ownership will include verification planning, verification environment development, as well as leading both block-level and chip level functional verification effort for Fathoms ASIC designs.
This role is open to remote from anywhere in the world, but we have strong preference towards availability in US and / or Central Europe timezones.

Areas of contribution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive verification plans that covers all aspects of the design verification to ensure design correctness of one or more of the following system components:
