Where do you fit in?
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving the success of UMA and Across. You will lead and coach a team of 4+ talented marketing managers, while overseeing all aspects of the marketing team. With your visionary leadership, in-depth marketing expertise, and deep understanding of the crypto industry, you will craft data-driven strategies to strengthen protocol adoption, grow brand awareness, and expand our users, followers, and token holders. Responsibilities
- Alignment: Structure OKRs/KPIs for inidual and team success that align the marketing org with leadership, product, and sales
- Strategy creation: Craft and develop a comprehensive marketing playbook that guides each brand and product on how to execute flawlessly on a comprehensive strategy, adaptable for their unique product, market positioning, and users.
