What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer who is excited to own and elevate the user-facing experience of our rapidly growing platform.
Infisical is a deeply technical product with user and developer experience at the heart of our product philosophy. We obsess over product design and have made rounds to redesign just about every part of the platform since inception. Examples of past initiatives include redesigning existing features like secret syncs and secret rotation; and developing new product lines ground up such as Infisical PKI and Infisical SSH.
You’ll be working closely with the co-founders and engineering team to:

This Role
You will help set up our payor operations function at Finni and play a critical role in establishing our company's operational foundation. Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales or product role. It’s a high-leverage, cross-functional leadership position designed to amplify the work of the Chief Medical Officer and the Enterprise Sales team. As Managing Director of Strategic Solutions, you will serve as an operational, clinical, strategic, and technical “athlete”—someone who can stretch across a wide range of priorities, connect teams, and solve problems that matter.
You’ll partner with executive teams at leading health systems to co-create strategic initiatives, accelerate adoption of our AI platform, and demonstrate how Qventus uniquely solves problems that no other vendor or EMR can. You'll guide our most critical commercial opportunities, shape narratives that resonate with stakeholders from the boardroom to the bedside, and build confidence in making bold decisions.
At the same time, you'll work closely with Product to design and prioritize the next generation of AI solutions—ones that help surgical teams improve access, reduce cancellations, grow robotics, and optimize operations without adding manual effort. A Day in the Life
We are seeking a process-driven and systems-oriented candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup.
As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will work closely with our Founders, Head of Finance, and broader cross-functional teams to manage and scale Rinsed’s revenue accounting function. You’ll lead critical pieces of our order-to-cash process, own revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, and bring structure and automation to our billing, collections, and reporting workflows. As an Accounting Associate, you will coordinate and ensure seamless execution of all accounting, tax and financial control responsibilities in each country where R2 operates. You will report to the Controller and will work closely with our Controllership, FP&A, Treasury/FinOps and Strategy teams and interact with multiple stakeholders in different countries.

* Enabling the monthly accounting close, AR/AP and invoicing processes.
