This is not your average customer facing role. You will be a founding Engagement Manager. We're expected to 7x our revenue growth in a year to raise our Series B. About Warmly
Howdy! I’m Max, Warmly’s Founder and CEO 👋
We founded Warmly to help demand gen folks like you convert more demand (watch our product story here, or read it here). We’re a Series A company (backed by Y-Combinator, Felicis & Sequoia) with a next level appetite to crush sales & marketing efforts. Having gone 0 to $1M in ARR in a year, it’s now time to scale (check out why customers love us). Because we value transparency so highly, learn more about our current revenue, KPIs and valuation in our public LinkedIn newsletter.
We’re at an exciting point in time where Demand Gen can make an outsized impact on the company’s trajectory. More on how we work here and why our investors are excited about us here. Come join us!
About the role
We’re looking for a black-belt in demand generation. For this role, we need an ambitious operator who wants to take Warmly’s marketing engine from V1 to V2, directly tied to revenue. You’ll begin with our core channels and progressively expand into new ones, driving efforts from inception to execution. This role reports directly to me!
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
1. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy. This includes managing campaigns across multiple channels to drive a qualified pipeline for both inbound demo requests and freemium product trials. Key channels include:1. Events: Drive the strategy and execution of our top ROI channel—both in-person conferences and webinars. You'll collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure effective pre-event and post-event prospect outreach and nurturing. Your role will involve enhancing our existing playbooks, optimizing tracking and tools, and innovating engagement strategies to maximize impact.
2. Content: LinkedIn is our #2 channel for ROI. You'll boost our reach and conversions by expanding our strong LinkedIn presence and engaging our community of 100 evangelists. Working closely with the Marketing team (and me!), you'll help build a “movement” to capture the hearts and minds of our prospects, customers, and subject matter experts in our space. 3. Email: Craft and execute email campaigns to engage and convert target accounts. This includes designing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, supporting field/event marketing, and running regional campaigns. Utilize insights from our own product data to deliver highly personalized and contextual emails. 2. Oversee our SEM and paid marketing teams, effectively managing demand generation budgets to meet and exceed ambitious company goals. Manage $1.5-2 million in annual spend.3. Report, analyze, test, and iterate: Regularly measure and analyze channel performance, generate insights, and make informed decisions to improve the strategy. 4. Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales: Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, campaign approaches, and processes. You will probably love this role if:
* You think strategically and act autonomously. You have a unique strategic point of view, use data-driven insights as your guide, focus on impactful short and long term strategies, are fearless in asking the right questions, and have a bias for decisive action.
* You are customer focused. Customer wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. You prioritize customer value and fit, always seeking to exceed expectations.* You excel at building trust with cross-functional teams. As a B2B SaaS company, our sales process involves tight collaboration across all teams. You have strong interpersonal skills and can build and maintain collaborative relationships across different departments.* You are a mad scientist. You get excited about experimenting, executing and systemizing new marketing channels. Potential channels include Meta, YouTube, Google, X, and more.* You seek out and weild cutting-edge tools. Including automation, intent and personalization tools like Warmly, Hubspot, Customerio, Seamless, 6sense, and reporting tools such as PostHog and Metabase. This role is not for you if:
* You don’t already have a world-class mental model for how to run successful demand generation. Experience going from 1-10M ARR at two separate organizations with a deep understanding of business unit economics are essential for this role.
* You aren’t able to operate with autonomy and execute channel strategies from end to end. As one of our company's core operating principles, we prioritize ownership. We will provide clear ownership over a specific scope of work and trust you to own your work. You should be proactive and resourceful. * You aren’t comfortable working with lots of numbers. You will need to own your numbers and report on them weekly with reliable data. While we have data resources to help get the numbers you need, it’s crucial that you design the best way to leverage data analysis for your decision-making.* You are a grow-at-all-cost marketer. Although we’re all for getting creative with testing and tooling, helping customers should be at the heart of everything we do. We don’t have room for tactics that erode brand trust or damage the relationship with our potential customers, even when these tactics can boost numbers temporarily.* You aren’t able to travel. While we will ensure that the team shares the responsibility of attending some events, you will need to be comfortable being on a plane at least quarterly in this role. This will be particularly true in the first couple of months as you refine the playbooks and upskill the team.Compensation
* OTE is $160,000 - $205,000 depending on experience and location
Benefits
* Competitive salary and equity.
* Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.* Unlimited PTO* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Parental leave* 401k* $500 home workstation benefit and equityWarmly’s success hinges on hiring great people and creating an environment where we can be happy, feel challenged, and do our best work. We’re being deliberate about building that environment from the ground up. I hope that excites you enough to apply!

About Yuma:
Yuma is building Autonomous AI Agents dedicated to customer support and e-commerce. We have a fairly advanced platform supporting more than a hundred paying customers. Our agents are powered by knowledge and processes. They take actions and fetch external information from eternal apps as needed.
Our top merchants are automating up to 60% of their support tickets through Yuma.
Yuma was founded by Guillaume Luccisano, a 3rd time YC founder.
Role Overview
We are still a small team of 6 engineers, but we are moving quickly! Iteration speed is key. We have built a lot over the past year, but there is still so much to do… And clearly, we could benefit tremendously from a product-minded UI/UX designer! Engineers are clearly not designers :)
Our tech is getting really good, but we could do so much better at showcasing it and at helping every single one of our users leverage it. That’s where you come in. We have a fairly large app to configure, build, and monitor Autonomous AI Agents that could benefit from a big refresh and just more overall thoughts around the whole user experience.
As a startup, even if we want you to focus primarily on the product, we will also have design needs throughout: deck, ads, one-pager, branding, etc.
About You:
You have previously led product design from scratch at a startup, and you always strive for excellence. You are pragmatic and can handle the ambiguity of a complex product. Nothing is more satisfying to you than transforming complexity into clean and beautiful UI/UX to delight your customers.
If you are relentless and looking to join an early, hard-working team, we want you. We are seeking someone who is ready to embrace a new challenge and commit to it 100%.
Your diploma doesn't matter to us; we only care about your skills.
Portfolio
Please, share your portfolio when reaching out. We believe that, just like great engineers have a good GitHub, great designers have a great portfolio :)
Location
We are preferably looking for people based in the Boston, MA area. Remote is also OK, but only in North America and Europe.

We're still a small team of fewer than 15 people, but we're moving quickly! Speed of iteration is key. Over the past year, we've built and improved our product and tech significantly, and we've recently reached a high-quality threshold, delivering considerable value to our customers. Now, it's time to invest in our distribution, and that's where you come in!
We have a story to share, and merchants need to know what we can do for them. We're on our way to automating customer support, and they need to be aware of this. However, until now, we've primarily focused on our product, neglecting our communication and investing little in our story and marketing. This needs to change.

*
Ensure we attend the right conferences\
*
Ensure our messaging is correct, consistent, and resonates\

As sprawl became commonplace in our cities, we felt less connected to each other. We normalized hour-long commutes, even as private vehicle ownership became the largest source of carbon emission pollution. Private vehicles and roads limited and dictated development decisions and urbanism. Our cities thus blend technology, real estate, and culture to reimagine our daily lives. Come help us make our residents happier, healthier, and more productive in the years they spend with us and the moments they spend together.
At Culdesac, we:
Work as a team
* Be inclusive, drawing on the strengths of people who bring a different perspective.
* Find ways to work together that overcome disciplinary and geographic separations.Act from ownership
* Be output oriented. When we see a problem, we roll up our sleeves and fix it.
* Don’t let blockers stop you from seeing your work through to the end.Rule 0, then iterate
* Don’t start from scratch: learn from our own and others’ previous attempts.
* Before mass private car ownership, all cities were models of walkability. We learn from the designs of the past and make them beautiful and relevant to today.* Then, we learn from our own designs to continually improve.Design for humans
* Ask people for feedback and observe behavior. Only users know if we’re creating value for them.
* Human paradoxes and contradictions are our opportunity to create joy.* Respect the limits of what we can know and plan. In the complex organism of a city, emergent behavior rules.Create and capture value
* Focus on what our residents value: profitability is essential for sustainability and allows us to scale.
* Great places create positive externalities for ourselves and our neighbors, unlike the negative externalities of cars.* We build value by executing on the fundamentals and excelling at mobility, community, and open space. As required by pay transparency laws in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, Culdesac provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in these locations. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $145k - $185k. Final offer is determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and skillset. An overview of benefits is provided on our careers page.
Culdesac is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate ersity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We help new users implement Streak as well as ongoing best practice help via screenshare and email.
You will focus on the SMB vertical, owning both new implementations and one off best practice needs for existing users. This role is focused on implementation and best practice help rather than ongoing relationship management. Most of your screenshares will result in the user having their question or need addressed in that one time interaction. How we work
When we said Streak is in the goldilocks zone, we meant it. Working at Streak means you’ll have resources to accomplish big goals.
When you feel ready, you’ll be given responsibility over the SMB accounts. Our team works with inidual autonomy and minimal hand holding. You’ll be working on problems that are still at least partially unsolved and require novel approaches. Our team meets twice a week to share learnings and talk through where we are currently stuck.
More about Streak
Streak frees small and medium sized business users from switching between their email, where all their work actually gets done, and the tools they are forced to use to manage that work (like Salesforce). We recognize that sales, hiring, partnerships, fundraising all happens in your inbox - so we’re building a meta layer on top of email that lets your team push these processes forward.
Streak is a growing, but more importantly, profitable company. Because of this we have the best of both worlds - nimble enough to have growth opportunities like a startup. But we're not under the gun to raise a round in 9 months or die, so we can focus on building a foundation and a company that works for the long-term.

We’re currently in the goldilocks zone of having product market fit with real revenue but also a really flat hierarchy that gives you ownership over the design direction at Streak while seeing your creative work implemented and making an impact quickly. To continue building an exceptional team at Streak, we offer competitive salaries and some interesting benefits and perks.
Who we're looking to hire
Narrated overview: https://www.loom.com/share/443ec7268fa04978a189c414bcc5e4f1
We’re looking to hire a creative, experienced designer who brings fresh ideas to our branding and marketing materials. The role will own design and communicate value with marketing projects across multiple channels: our marketing site, newsletters, product launch materials, app store listings, paid and organic digital content, deck design, sales enablement, reports, etc.
Our interview process gives you the opportunity to show us some hands-on work and get a feel for what it’s like to work with us. It’s highly asynchronous and involves designing something useful. We think this will give you a really good insight into our team and company and of course lets us assess if you’ll thrive here.
Your skills
* High agency and drive → you can independently make progress and manage larger ongoing and smaller daily design projects. You know how and when to draw on outside resources like AI tools or delegate to contractors.
* A pulse on great design → you love design and are endlessly curious about new developments in the design world. You know how to use different design patterns where they make sense and help the user, not just because they’re trendy.* A way with words → you know how to craft copy that works with your visual design to convey important ideas and values on our website and in other projects.* Develop smart information architecture → you can design a great user experience with smart information architecture and hierarchy. You know that great design improves user experience and can put yourself in the shoes of a user visiting our site or consuming our content.* Results-oriented → you’re focused equally on creating outstanding visual design and on helping Streak reach our business goals. You have a firm grasp on how great design and user experience helps convert leads to paying customers, and can implement our visual design to support these business efforts.* Own the process end to end → You have experience taking projects from conceptual phases through the design process and executing on final implementation. You’ll create high fidelity designs in Figma and ensure that they’re successfully implemented on our website and in other assets.* Have top notch async/written skills → remote collaboration is especially important to us so you should have excellent written and live collaboration skills. You’ll excel here if you default to async first communication. We are often writing design docs, summarizing viewpoints before meetings, and recording Loom videos to walk each other through processes or explain a complicated concept. What you’ll work on
This role will work on projects across various platforms to create a consistent and compelling visual brand for Streak.
You’ll own projects from start to finish and be responsible for implementing and maintaining high-quality design across our website, newsletters, launch content, and anywhere else customers and leads interface with Streak. This gives you a tremendous opportunity to become an expert in each medium and create a consistent brand identity across each of them.
Being a designer at Streak gives you the opportunity to communicate a horizontal product that is used across countless industries and user types. Designing for such a versatile product means you'll be tackling a multitude of design challenges, from understanding erse user personas to crafting copy that resonates universally. You're not just designing for one niche; you're designing for everyone from freelancers to Fortune 500 companies. This breadth and depth provides endless opportunities for creativity and impact in our marketing efforts.
Some examples of work you’ll be responsible for include:
* Develop and protect our visual brand → gain a deep understanding of our customers and brand to guide a refresh of our visual style. You’ll ensure this is implemented and consistent across projects and teams at Streak. You’re proactive about how and where we should be improving our visual brand presence, not limited to the below projects.
* Streak website → our website is often the first impression a user has of our brand and the primary way they learn about our product. It should not only have great visual design, but also efficient and coherent information architecture. You’ll evaluate and improve our site page hierarchy and design layouts and graphics for new pages that highlight the value of Streak.* Product launch content → we ship new features regularly, and the first time we introduce customers and leads to a new feature is a valuable opportunity. You’ll design visual assets and help create messaging for email newsletters, blog posts, new marketing pages, Product Hunt listings, Twitter and Linkedin assets, and more.* Streak newsletters → we regularly stay in touch with our customers and email subscribers via newsletters. You’ll create designs and templates that reflect our visual brand and clearly convey information.* Blog imagery→ our blog puts Streak in front of new audiences by sharing valuable and engaging information. You’ll own the illustrations and graphics in our blog by either creating designs yourself, or effectively using AI tools or managing outside contractors.Who you'll work with
The Designer, Web and Marketing role reports to our Head of Content. You’ll work and collaborate closely with our CEO and various team leads to understand design needs and get feedback and support throughout the design process.
How we work
When we said Streak is in the goldilocks zone, we meant it. We’re at the perfect stage for a driven and skilled designer to build their in-house experience and gain more responsibility.
Working at Streak means you’ll have resources to accomplish big goals and gain meaningful experience. At the same time, you’ll have autonomy to drive design strategy and determine how you can make the biggest impact without dealing with convoluted politics or distraction.
As our first in-house design hire, you’ll play a fundamental role in developing our brand and will make your own decisions on how to best manage design projects.
A typical model that we like to follow on our Content and Marketing teams is to pitch an idea and test it fast. If it works, you decide how to scale it - which may mean developing an efficient process for yourself or bringing on contractors or outside freelance talent to delegate work. This empowers you to move fast in testing ideas and expand your impact on projects.

Streak is a CRM built on Gmail. We’re a remote-first team of 35 people across North America. We’re growing, very profitable, and our customers love us. We’re currently in the ‘goldilocks’ zone with product market fit, real revenue, and a flat internal hierarchy. You’ll have ownership over the customer experience and see your/user feedback implemented quickly.
Our support team is currently available to help users 7am-5pm PST. We want to improve the customer experience at Streak by extending the hours we’re available to offer live help to include the EU business day. You will be our first hire in the EU time zone and will be working mostly independently on the full spectrum of customer needs. Customer needs are resolved with a mix of chat, email and screenshare.
You’ll be responsible for the overall customer experience while the US team is (mostly) offline. You’ll also work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams. You can expect to help users with best practices, technical troubleshooting, and billing/day to day needs. You can expect to help our internal teams by gathering and synthesizing product feedback, backing up our success team on technical questions, and improving our documentation.
As the first EU hire, our internal (and external) knowledge base will be your first point of reference when you have a question about Streak. You will help us catalogue where our documentation is incomplete or out of date.
What you’ll work on
Some examples of work you’ll be responsible for include:
* Solve incoming chats and emails
* Create bugs and feature requests for engineering* Improve our internal knowledge base* Set up meetings to discuss Best PracticesYour strengths
1. Ready to help yourself → you can work comfortably remotely and with a time zone offset from the majority of the team.
2. A love of service → you find happiness in being on the front lines of helping customers. Repetitive questions are always an opportunity to help another human.3. A way with words → you know how to break down complicated software questions in writing or via screenshare.4. Attention to detail → you can capture the specific details to write a great bug report for engineering or create a compelling feature request.5. Results-oriented → you’re the missing piece so that our team no longer needs to adjust our metrics for business vs non business hours. You’ll be the reason we set more aggressive team goals and meet them. How we work
When we said Streak is in the goldilocks zone, we meant it. Working at Streak means you’ll have resources to accomplish big goals.
As our only employee consistently available during the majority of your work day, you’ll be both the front line and also point of escalation. Your judgement will be valued in solving user issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
Join us
We hope the detail in this doc gave you a good sense of who we are and what we’re working on. Our goal was to make it an efficient use of your time. If you found yourself nodding along while reading, we’d love to hear from you.
The interview process is designed to mimc the expected real world working conditions, including asynchronous sections as well as working on real questions we’ve received in support.
If this sounds like a fit to you, start here: https://www.streak.com/careers/support-specialist-2
As described above and in the Loom, you must be located in a European timezone in order to apply for this position.

Extern created the remote Externship, a skill-building work experience that is easier for students to access, and easier for companies to run, than an internship. Our mission is to help anyone discover and launch their career through professional experiences available anywhere at any time. Since 2020, we’ve created and powered Externships on behalf of companies from Fortune 500s to startups that have enabled tens of thousands of students to build real experience and open doors to incredible opportunity.
After spending $100K on average for a 4-year degree, graduates find that almost 40% of entry level jobs on Linkedin required 3+ years of work experience. Internships are how many college students get this kind of experience, but the demand for good internships outstrips the supply. Internship programs are difficult to scale, they favor students who already have social capital, and they’re time-consuming for employers to run.
Externships are short, online, project-based work experiences that employers can offer to hundreds of students using less resource and employee time than it would take to support an intern. Extern makes the complex process of running an Externship completely turnkey with software and industry experts which in turn makes professional experience more accessible to more students.
By making work experience more accessible, Extern is driving the rapid mobility and upskilling needed for a new economy. We envision a world where anyone can access work experience as a form of education – no matter their background, experience, or socio-economic status. Come join our movement to reshape work, education, and credentialing for future generations with the Externship.
Backed by Y Combinator, Foundation Capital, Launch Fund, University Ventures, and Learn Capital.

Overview
At Upsolve AI, we serve as the catalyst and facilitator for high-growth technology companies and startups. Our mission is to ensure that a business's aspirations are never hindered by their analytics capabilities. We empower them to swiftly deliver customer-facing analytics and reporting, enabling them to focus on their core offerings and the essentials of their business. With our AI technology, we provide instant answers to data queries for our customers' users.
As a Y Combinator-backed (W24) early-stage tech startup, Upsolve AI boasts support from unicorn founders such as the co-founder of Airtable and Handshake, alongside leading venture investors like General Catalyst, Samsung Next Ventures, Soma Capital, and others. Having successfully launched our beta version to our initial customer base, we're now in the process of expanding our product to meet the needs of our growing customer list. Come join us as we continue to push the boundaries and expand our product offerings and customer base at a rapid pace.
The Founding Team
Ka Ling Wu, Co-founder & CEO of Upsolve AI, led product solution development at nPlan, a Series A AI & Construction tech startup, before founding Upsolve. Her tenure at nPlan focused on client expansion. Prior to that, she spent four years at Palantir where she managed client engagements, stakeholder relationships, and spearheaded the creation of Palantir's HyperAuto product as well as the opening of Palantir’s Korea market. Outside of Upsolve, Ka Ling plays rugby and does Crossfit. As a fun fact, she represented the Swiss rugby team. She claims to speak 6 languages, but none perfectly.
Serguei Balanovich, Co-founder & CTO of Upsolve AI, spent seven years at Palantir before co-founding Upsolve. Serguei pioneered early Supply Chain and Manufacturing commercial work and later productized this work into Palantir HyperAuto. Besides software, Serguei enjoys puzzles, board games, and teaching.
Together, we have over 15 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. We took Palantir's Hyperauto from inception to launch, scaled the product to serve more than 50 enterprise customers in less than 2.5 years, and generated eight figures in revenue. We started building Upsolve AI in October 2023 and have recently graduated from Y Combinator W24.

* We despise bureaucracy and redundant processes. Everyone at Upsolve AI is a builder. We all roll up our sleeves, get our hands dirty, and make magic happen daily.* We value ownership and trust. We believe the person closest to the problem should have the greatest authority to solve it. Consequently, when you identify a problem, you define the solution and build it. This approach allows you to work directly with the founders, and the only limit to your growth is the one you set.* We believe each team member possesses a unique strength.
