About the team/role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for all aspects of Checkr’s compensation and benefits programs, including geography-based salary programs, executive bonuses, commission-based variable compensation, stock-based compensation, benefits strategy, and administration.
