About VantaWe started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election. It was clear that security and privacy had become mainstream issues, and that we all increasingly relied on cloud services to store everything from our personal photos to our communications at work.
Vanta's mission is to be the layer of trust on top of these services, and to secure the internet, increase trust in software companies, and keep consumer data safe.
We do this by building an automated head of security for technology companies, and we use that system to both help a company secure itself and to prove their security to others.
If we succeed in our mission, it should feel irresponsible for users to put data into a product that isn't certified by Vanta, and irresponsible for companies to collect data without using Vanta to secure and monitor themselves.

About Brick
We're building the financial OS for general contractors that helps them deliver quality work at scale. We enable them to win more jobs and grow efficiently by 1) standardizing a low down payment option, 2) providing affordable working capital access, and 3) removing any payment collections from the homeowner.
About the role
Please submit your application at https://jobs.lever.co/BrickLabs/. Any applications received outside of this medium will not be considered. Thank you!
Join us in building the financial operating system for general contractors.
Brick is the payments company that helps general contractors deliver high quality work at scale. Homeownership is still the best path towards wealth building in this country, and generates significant economic value for home service providers. But providers like general contractors don’t have the financial services they need to both capture economic value and create positive financial experience for the homeowners. As a result, home improvement projects rank second to used auto sales in total number of consumer complaints per year, and are consistently ranked as the most financially expensive complaints.
We’re creating scalable financial trust by managing the payments between all parties. Even great general contractors need help in managing what is a very financially complex business, and unfortunately most existing financial services just don't reduce enough risk for the contractor nor the homeowner.
We’re looking for the brightest folks to join us on our mission to be thoughtful and intentional in building the financial trust and stability for general contractors and their clients.
If that resonates and you think you can help build our products, team, and culture, we're excited to hear from you!
— The Brick Team

Deliver consistent and high quality follow up, including full data tracking.
Prioritize genuinely understanding who our customers are, what their goals are, and how our products and services will help them scale and grow their businesses.
Skills and Toolset You'll Need to Bring
Experience and Determination. You have at least 1-2 years of SDR experience, with excellent phone and email sales skills. You’re comfortable cold-calling, cold-emailing, and performing demos for general contractors and homeowners.

Our core product is a freemium Chrome extension that helps automate your writing using AI. You know how Gmail autocompletes your sentences for you? That's why we built the best-in-class autocomplete, but we didn't stop there—Compose AI also lets you rewrite your sentences in different tones or styles and can even generate whole paragraphs and other pieces of copy. We are a fast-growing team backed by YCombinator, Craft Ventures, Sequoia, along with founders from Kayak, Hubspot, Vercel, and Honey. Join us in our mission to make AI an extension of the human.

The ideal candidate is technology agnostic and enjoys picking up new technologies.

About Rally
Rally makes it easy for Product, Design, and UX Research teams to talk to their users.
We believe continuous user research is the key to uncovering real problems and honing in on the right solutions. We want to help companies get closer to their users so they can bring better products to market.
User Research is a nascent function at SaaS companies and growing 40% YoY. It’s an underserved segment of the market that relies on disjointed, manual tooling (i.e. spreadsheets) that drive massive inefficiencies in their workflow.
We’re starting by solving the most burning pain point in user research today: recruiting your own users for research. We’re doing this by building the world’s best User Research CRM - a platform that automates outreach, screening, scheduling, incentives, and participant tracking, all in one place.

About TrueNorth
Traditional trucking companies still run on paper, emails, phone calls, and snail mail. They’re inefficient and bloated. The pressure of low margins suffocates the truckers who actually do the work.
Our software cuts out the inefficiencies, and we pass the savings through to our truckers. Instead of paper-pushers and endless phone calls, they get an end-to-end solution: customer management, load coordination, automated invoicing, a real-time financial dashboard, a single place to manage their business.
A blog post that goes deeper into why we started this company: https://medium.com/@jinstedge/truenorth-b42437f1dc03
We're a team of 50, and proud to say the majority of us are female or non-binary. We come from a wide range of backgrounds. We don't just value ersity, we cherish it. And we mean it.
About the role
Look around. (No really — do it!) What can you see that didn’t make its way to you in a truck?
Our modern world runs on trucking. But unfortunately, the industry is rife with raw deals, poor conditions, and low pay.
TrueNorth is on a mission to overhaul the trucking industry by focusing on the people who actually do the work — the drivers. Our team, made up of alums Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Tesla, Facebook, YC, and more, is building software that will become the operating system of trucking. We’ll succeed by automating busywork, cutting out middlemen, and ensuring that the people who do the lion’s share of the work take home the lion’s share of the profits.
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help us build something that’s never been built before, in an industry with punishingly complex operations and rapidly-shifting technology. If we succeed, we’ll help millions of truckers double their take-home pay.
You will:
- Focus on solving user opportunities to drive business outcomes
- Partner with Product Design, Engineering, and other internal team members to drive a shared vision and product strategy
- Own product development end-to-end from product discovery to delivery
- Join our small but mighty Product Management team
- Have fun shipping meaningful product
You’ll kick ass in this role if:
- You LOVE getting deep into the weeds with users to understand their problems-to-be-solved
- Experience in end to end product management - from discovery through delivery
- You possess high EQ and have the ability to influence without managing teams
- You've been part of scaling a product from 0 - 1, grown marketplaces, and/or worked with complex workflows

About Us
At Levro (YC S21), our mission is to build the financial backbone for global commerce. We are building financial infrastructure to allow any company to frictionlessly expand to any country. We help companies avoid complex/costly conversions, by holding 30+ different currencies in one US bank account. This means they can receive and pay funds internationally as if they had a local bank account, and our FX conversion fees are 4-8x cheaper than traditional banks.
Opening a bank account abroad as a business can be really hard: it can take up to 6 months in the UK, and you often even need to fly to Canada to open a Canadian bank account! Once accounts are open, banks charge high fees to convert between currencies, and the setup can be complicated to administer.
We closed an oversubscribed seed round from incredible fintech investors and operators, including YCombinator and the founders of Yahoo, Eventbrite, Monzo and others. We're 2x YC founders and experienced operators - Cathy founded a big data SaaS business that processed over $4bn in transactions, and Abeer built a hedge fund with over $1.5bn in AUM. As immigrant founders, we want to build the best global business bank, to give makers access to more markets and make finance as global as commerce.
Role Description:
As an early Product Designer, you will drive the look, feel, and flow of our product. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced engineers to tackle the visual and UX flow in culture empathizes with our customers, users, and other team members.
What You'll do:
* Take our product from 0 to 1 by owning the entire design stack - from specs to workflows, from interactions to high fidelity visuals
* Work closely with the founders to influence, develop, and implement product design and roadmap* Develop subject matter expertise in areas like international banking, card issuing, and machine learning for lending* Prototype multiple visual and UX concepts, and drive the process to identify the right design choices for our product* Pitch in on many surprising, daily challenges that come up in an early-stage start upWhat We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of design, with at least 2+ years in product design
* Experience designing complicated systems for non-technical users across multiple form factors (desktop, mobile, etc)* Strong sense of design aesthetic* Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks - big or small.* Experience in working in financial services is nice, but by no means a requirement.",

We're an innovative team taking on the extensive mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.
In this crucial role, you will drive the adoption, expansion, and results of our new title customers through in-depth implementation and project management. This means you’ll manage the onboarding of a handful of enterprise key accounts while simultaneously improving our approach.
You will engage hands-on with customers in this role, but you’ll also develop processes, tools, and collateral to make our customer onboarding processes more efficient and simple as the business grows. You will gather feedback from customers on platform strengths, challenges, and opportunities, and champion that feedback to stakeholders and product teams. You understand that a successful implementation and onboarding experience will lay the groundwork for a long term relationship, and work closely to ensure our clients’ success.
Our ideal candidate has 4-7+ years in project and account management or implementations where you have had to advise clients, build strategic relationships, implement and onboard complex customers, and run multiple efficient projects at once. You have also dug deep into data to inform your decisions, and have connected these insights back to clear business results. Over that time, you’ve developed a toolkit of consulting and project management diagnostics, frameworks, and strategies that you’re eager to put in place at an early stage company. Clients have come to respect and trust you for your ability to simply communicate complex ideas, ask great questions, listen to various perspectives, and prescribe the best course of action. Similarly, your team views you as a hyper-effective person who can dig into the weeds, pull up to connect back to strategy, and generally “gets stuff done.”
Colorado applicants: This role pays $100,000-140,000 annually plus participation in our equity plan (pay for other locations may vary).

About Snapdocs
Snapdocs powers homeownership. Using technology, we’re building the connective tissue for an entire pillar of the U.S. economy: residential real estate.
Today, we’re working to perfect mortgage closings, but that’s only the beginning. If we succeed, more than five million families per year will gain clarity and transparency as they make the biggest financial decision of their lives: buying a home. Before Snapdocs, no one felt responsible or empowered to solve the problems we face every day we come to the office.
It's complex and difficult work, and the result is not an app we brag about at tech industry parties. Instead, we're making a difference and carefully building a team that shares our priorities—pragmatism, respect and empathy for our clients, and building honest products that improve all our users’ lives.

Technology
Snapdocs Engineering today is committed to being very intentional about how we innovate and bring in new technologies to create lasting impact. Our teams build for the future while anchoring our infrastructure for our needs today. We strive to make an immediate difference for our developers over innovating as a technical exercise.
Open source technologies like Ruby, Go, Terraform, React, and Kubernetes are important parts of our stack allowing us to stay flexible and agile. Speed comes with pros and cons, but we like experiencing firsthand what does and doesn’t work. And the team is very open to new insights, so it’s a great place to grow.
Our transition from Ruby to Go is one example of how we make intentional decisions for our existing and future engineers. Go met a need and resolved a gap, especially compared to other popular languages like Python. Go offered a language syntactically closer to Ruby with several of the advantages of C. We wanted to experiment with types and compiled languages while seamlessly integrating with our existing architecture. Read more about how we’re accomplishing this transformation here: https://medium.com/@hannahjtran?p=917d5a7f796
In addition, there’s a lot of interesting stuff happening in the backend as well as the data science and DevOps side of the house. We’re using machine learning for things like classifying documents and adding annotations that make a valuable difference. DevOps is working to proactively scale the future demands of our deployment infrastructure to ensure that the work we do creates immediate enjoyment for our customers.
Throughout our interview process, candidates do not need to come in with a particular tech stack. Instead, our process prioritizes people with a learner’s mindset, eager and curious to grow. We build time into your onboarding process so that you’ll be able to ramp up on our technologies, infrastructure, and where engineering plays a crucial role in the overall business goals of the company.
Our ethos to recruiting is engrained in the industry experience of our leadership. A culture of mentorship is key to making our teams work together successfully. We know that any hyper growth startup experiences the struggles of what it’s like to scale teams. We prioritize holistic growth and trust to ensure career development is not interrupted by attempting to onboard 50 engineers all at once!
Snapdocs' teams are excited and invested in what we’re building here at Snapdocs (https://medium.com/snapdocs-product-blog/snapdocs-is-building-a-new-foundation-for-home-ownership-166c2600e2c6) and we’d love for you to join.

About Culdesac
Our cities should be celebrated. They have been the largest driver of innovation in human history. But somewhere along the way, things broke and our quality of life suffered. We built our lives around our cars as cookie-cutter housing popped up around the country. Sprawl became commonplace, and we normalized hour-long commutes, even as private vehicle ownership became the largest source of carbon emission pollution. We became more isolated and felt less connected to each other. It doesn't have to be this way.
We're building cities for people, not cars. Our team blends technology, real estate, and culture to reimagine our daily lives. We come from different backgrounds to bring a fresh perspective on what's possible. As a team, we keep a pulse on our community and what they need. We ride our e-bikes to lunch, host pop-ups on construction sites and make 16-acre cornstarch art pieces. We cultivate these relationships and bring our community closer together so they can experience the neighborhood they deserve.
About the role
Culdesac's mission is to build cities for people, not cars. We're the first post-car real estate developer, and our goal is to build the first car-free city in the US. We're starting with the first car-free neighborhood built from scratch - that's Culdesac Tempe, a 1000-person neighborhood.
All of this draws from a core insight: the way we move defines the way we live. And the way we move is changing fast, with countless ways to get around today beyond private cars. Here's more.
Business Operations at Culdesac is a high impact role where you will have the ability to help shape the direction of the company. This is a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary role. You'll lead or support various initiatives based on the needs of the business. Your role is to be an effective generalist. You ramp up quickly in this fast-paced, growing environment. You solve problems. And you empower others to do their best work. The prototypical background for bizops is consulting, finance, or another startup. But we have seen successful bizops candidates come from everywhere.
Here's a post from one of our founders on recruiting Opendoor's original bizops team. It gives some more context on how we think about bizops talent.
How you will make an impact:
- You will drive strategic company alignment on cross-functional topics.
- You are able to be self-directed on ad-hoc projects and support across the company.
- You will lead creation, identification, and analysis of key metrics to drive business insights.
- You explore and analyze new growth opportunities.
- You will create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Finally, you are willing to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever is required to make this the journey of a lifetime!
How you will be successful:
- You are a driven, ambitious person with an innate sense of humility.
- You have prior experience in finance/consulting/startup preferred.
- You have top-notch written and oral communication skills.
- You have the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to lend a hand where needed.
- You have the ability to communicate and work effectively with all types of people, bringing creativity and fun but also able to take control and call the shots when needed.
- You are highly fluent with data and dashboards.
- You can juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a generalist role.
Why you'll love being part of the Culdesac Team:
- We work as a team: We are inclusive, drawing on the strengths of people who bring a different perspective. We find ways to work together that overcome disciplinary and geographic separations.
- We are driven, humble, and ambitious: Our mission is to build cities for people, not cars. We are doing this through hard work, asking for feedback along the way, and seeing our work through to the end, including the last 10%.
- We have a caring, supportive, and honest culture: We get to know one another, we support our community together, we have fun together, we even have Culdesac talent shows!
- We are revolutionizing the real estate landscape: Are you ready to be part of this transformation?
Culdesac is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate ersity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
Technology
We're using Django, GraphQL, Apollo, React, and Typescript to build top-notch property management and mobility solutions for our future residents.
We're looking for talented engineers who can scope, implement, and ship complex engineering projects on time. Contact us if you're excited about the opportunity to create and own Culdesac's technical roadmap!
