We started Routable due to our personal experiences scaling business payments.
Having built in-house solutions, custom integrations to accounting software, and understanding the importance of payments visibility to entire teams, we decided to devote our time to ensuring that companies can be set up with a solution that works for their finance and accounting needs today and in the future.

About the Role
We are growing our product marketing team, and with that comes the opportunity to be a major contributor to developing marketing strategies that help communicate our product’s value proposition effectively to customers. You will work directly with the product, design, sales and engineering teams to help shape our product and culture. It’s a unique chance to be an advocate for our current and prospective customers, ensuring that we build amazing product solutions. You would be the ‘voice of the customer’ internally within the company.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop positioning and messaging narratives for the Routable platform that is differentiated and backed by research
- Gain domain expertise on the market landscape, competition and customer pain points.
- Build out sales enablement program supporting our rapidly growing sales team with a library of materials and aids for every stage of the sales funnel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans and launch new products
- Create product content that is compelling and targeted for the right personas
- Maintain competitive battle cards
- Support our customers in deriving further value through feature adoption
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Fintech experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including ability to write copy
- Proven experience in building sales presentations, product collaterals and materials
- Experience training sales on new product releases and sales enablement content
- Proven cross functional collaboration skills aligning across Product, Sales, Customer success and marketing

About the Role

Scope – What you’ll be doing:
Provide thought leadership, creative vision, and growth strategy for both existing and new products / related categories.
Lead planning, budgeting, and execution for all growth marketing activity, including ownership of daily metrics, performance, and strategy for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.

The role
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will be an integral, early member of our go-to-market (GTM) team, working directly with our CEO and GTM advisors to make significant impacts in building our sales function.
You will extend beyond traditional account executive boundaries and own the sales cycle from lead to close. You will guide prospective customers through the sales process, and work closely with our customer success team to ensure a seamless handoff in the new customer experience.

We are looking for a product manager to own the platform and data architecture of Modern Treasury, reporting directly to our CPO & Co-Founder, Matt Marcus. This product manager will work closely with our platform and infrastructure engineering teams. They will build a platform that supports new product development and scalability. They will also work to ensure we adhere to global data requirements.
Today, Modern Treasury has 3 products: Payments, Virtual Accounts, and Ledgers. Our customers use our platform to move and manage money for their own products or services. Over time we plan to introduce new products to serve our customers that leverage the network of counterparties and payments we already process and track. Examples of such products include fraud detection and counterparty risk management. We must do this while preserving customer privacy and segregating data between customers.
We are primarily operating in the United States today, but we do have customers who use our product in overseas markets such as the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia. We may begin to go to market in some other countries at the end of 2022 or early 2023. In order to support global expansion, both for US-based and foreign customers, we must ensure we are appropriately compliant with global data and privacy regulations. This person should be able to create a roadmap for global data storage and compliance.

The Growth & Onboarding team is one of the newest engineering teams at Mux. We’re dedicated to delighting customers from first sign-up to active user. We work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Developer Experience, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive new user experience and increase the accessibility of video to all developers.
