We’re growing a company where we are proud to work. Prefix is remote-first with a flexible schedule. We strive to be clear in our communication and over-communicate by default. Hello, Future Innovator! Ready to take your career to the next level as a Full Stack .NET Developer at Likvido?
And yes, the role is fully remote so you can do your job wherever you want; from the beach, the pyramids, even from the moon if you like (well, of course, you need to have an internet connection but with Starlink working in 2023, no probs, right?).
Likvido is a small and agile company, recently acquired by the industry-leading giant, Visma. This means you get the best of both worlds: the dynamic and innovative environment of a startup, coupled with the stability and resources of a well-established company that would make your parents proud. As you can tell from this job ad, we're not your typical corporate setup—no conventional HR manager would approve this ad. But rest assured, we're incredibly ambitious and excited about our journey ahead.
We have a lot of ownership over how we structure our day-to-day, and at the same time, we can take advantage of many services that Visma provides, like knowledge sharing and guidance on MANY topics. Visma also organizes talks from industry leaders on various topics, which are free to join.
We are now looking for a skilled full-stack .NET developer who can impact our products and become a part of our (fully!) remote tech Likvido family.
Let’s be polite and introduce ourselves first - so who are we and what are we doing?
Let's face it: accounting sucks. Entering data into a stupid system? Sending invoices? Trying to get the last decimals to match so your auditor doesn’t scream at you?
We would prefer spending time with family or friends. The same goes for our customers.
At Likvido we are automating accounting for our customers. We do this by having a super awesome product that helps you:
Send “smart invoices” that reconcile themselves
Send automatic reminders for invoices that go unpaid
Get paid if an invoice has not been paid on time through our debt collection system
So to summarize what Likvido is doing:
We are letting you focus on what matters, instead of spending time on boring administrative work.Tech stack
Frontend: VueJS with custom styling built with Sass
Backend: .NET 7, C#, ASP.NET MVC (legacy we’re trying to murder)
Infrastructure: Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), App Service (legacy we’re trying to murder)
Data Storage: SQL Server, Azure Blobs
DevOps: GitHub Actions for CI/CD
Our main application is a web application, where our customers can interact with the product. This web application consists of a VueJS frontend and an API - using the Backend For Frontend (BFF) approach. This means we are evolving the front end and API in a symbiosis, where the API requests are tailored to the exact use cases of the front end. The styling of the front end is a custom-made look built with Sass and designed in cooperation with Studio Skulptur: https://www.studioskulptur.com/likvido. The API is running on .NET 7 and written in C#, but we also have a legacy ASP.NET MVC application running on the old .NET framework - which we are in the process of getting rid of.
We run all of our services in Microsoft Azure. The most recent services are running on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services), and the legacy services are running on App Service. Our goal is to move everything to AKS. All of our source code is hosted on Github and we use Github Actions to deploy our services to AKS. We deploy to production at least once per day.
We use SQL Server and Azure Blobs for our data storage needs. We might introduce MongoDB or CosmosDB for specific use cases, as we are generally very open to adopting new technologies, whenever they provide some nice improvements over our current stack.
Our general architecture is to build bounded contexts, with a number of services and databases inside each context. The services are small and scalable, and we use queues, event grids, and HTTP APIs for communicating between services.
We expect you to participate in the whole product workflow - from idea to production. You will help build new features, do code reviews, make releases, and make sure your features work and continue to work in production. You will also help us push forward our technical stack and infrastructure, to improve the performance, availability, and scalability of our products.
Responsibilities
Being a Full Stack Developer at Likvido, your job is to improve our product and build great technical solutions!
Day-to-day that means:
Implement new features (C# + JavaScript)
Help maintain our current products
Actively participate in team meetings, discussing product feature improvements as well as technical issues and improvements
Make code reviews and be responsible for the features you build
Help push forward our platform and codebase, to make sure it is easy to maintain and performs well
You will also participate in the development process like your other colleagues, which means maintaining the current codebase, adding new features, doing code reviews, etc. This environment provides a lot of freedom for you to take control and ownership for your work, and let your creativity unfold.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can say “YES!” to the following:
I am a senior full-stack developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
I put great pride in my work, and I like to solve challenging problems in ways that will make maintenance easy.
I enjoy following the technology trends and consider how they can be used to solve the problems we face.
I have strong opinions, but I understand and respect the opinions of others as well, and I will seek to resolve conflicts in a productive manner.
I have multiple years of experience with
C#
Modern .NET stack (.Net Core, .NET 7)
JavaScript (VueJS and TypeScript is a bonus)
Git
MSSQL
So without further ado: If you consider yourself a top full-stack developer, and feel like having a very ambitious role is the next step in your career - APPLY!

OpenFn provides a data transformation and process automation platform that enables secure, stable, scalable interoperability for lower- and middle-income country (LMIC) government and NGO customers.
OpenFn is a free and open source digital public good (DPG) used by LMIC governments and NGOs around the world to scale the next generation of health and humanitarian interventions via data integration, interoperability, and process automation. We use cutting edge technologies to drive efficiency where it matters most; we do not make marginal improvements to already comfortable lives.
While customer-facing OpenFn/Lightning is a Phoenix LiveView (Elixir/Erlang) web application, our adaptors, worker servers, and compiler/execution/runtime environment are all TypeScript. We have 50+ Js/Ts Language Adaptors and a developer-friendly CLI for working with the most commonly used and mission-critical software in the health and humanitarian sectors.
We want to create a best-in-class developer experience, increasing ease of use and offering better visibility for those developing and automating workflows with OpenFn.
Requirements
We're looking for a senior engineer with deep Typescript and Javascript experience to join our global, remote team and play a big role in taking our adaptors, our open source language and our associated tooling to the next level.
In addition to growing a large library of Javascript adaptors, we are building a Typescript visualiser that allows users to create fully-extensible, visual data transformation jobs from our large set of existing Adaptor libraries. We empower users to work freely in both code and blocks, switching between the two seamlessly... and the output will be runnable anywhere.
You'll be focusing on the design, development, and testing of these adaptors with an eye towards harnessing generative-AI (such as GitHub Co-Pilot and OpenAI's ChatGPT) to build better (more intuitive, better tested, more user-friendly) adaptors and job code. You'll help us explore how AI can take some of the pain out of adaptor generation, maintenance and usage.
As a small team working in the face of rapidly increasing demand, we move fast at times and slow at others, but we try to make sure that we're always doing so for the right reasons. While we're careful not to gild the lily, no one likes wading through code that could have been written more clearly or stomping bugs that might have been avoided.
If you like the idea of low-code environments and of building out in the open—in conversation with leading NGOs and governments around the world—we'd love to talk to you.
**Things that matter to us
**- Curiosity and pragmatism: You've got to enjoy trying new things; constantly think about the tradeoffs between acting early and not doing something.
- A passion for tooling: All of our Javascript libraries are used by real people, and we treat ourselves as customers as well. If we can't easily debug something, then chances are an end-user developer at a ministry of health or refugee protection agency is going to experience UX pain as well.
- An interest in transpilers: Transpiling Javascript is the core of what we do. We build software capable of automagically manipulating user code, detecting potentially malicious invocations or generating feedback for users as they are writing code.
- An enthusiasm for open source: The majority of our code is publicly available under the LGPL-3.0 license and has already been adopted and adapted by some of the top international development organizations around the world. We want to further this with more and better tools that empower those working in the ICT4D sector.
- Strong opinions, weakly held: Making decisions that affect future design paths is always difficult. We don't sit on mistakes. And we listen carefully when someone has ideas or prior experience that contradict our own.
What you'll be doing
You'll start by learning. You'll learn OpenFn's existing expression and adaptor model inside and out. You will learn how to use existing adaptors to create real data transformation and automation pipelines for LMIC governments and major health and humanitarian NGOs. You will learn how to extend those adaptors, to build new adaptors, to train other developers on those adaptors, and you'll do so while brining a wealth of prior Javascript experience to the table to concurrently start shaping this next generation of adaptors in communication with our Head of Engineering.
You'll design and implement open source tooling to manipulate and visualize Javascript, harnessing generative-AI first to improve your own workflow, and then to help others do the same. You will then integrate and make accommodations for these tools with and within larger applications and deployments.
Along the way you'll be ensuring that the code our end-users write and run is observable and measurable. You'll also collaborate with our team and our partners to improve OpenFn's architecture, propose novel solutions, and review the work of your peers across the company and the sector.
Our Stack
- Adaptors/automation: JavaScript, Typescript, NodeJs
- Orchestration/platform: Elixir, Phoenix, React, Postgres, GCP, Kubernetes
Things that might set you apart
- You are a true JavaScript pro.
- You have experience in building rich interactive web based UIs, we're talking dragging boxes, connecting lines and other visualizations.
- You are passionate about emerging AI technologies but conscious of its potential social impact.
- You have a solid understanding of how LLMs work and experience either training/tweaking models or crafting effective prompts.
- You have functional programming experience.
Benefits
- Financial compensation is commensurate with experience.
- Flexible working schedule.
- Exposure to hottest industry and technology trends and leading health and humanitarian interventions in the sector.
- Opportunity for leadership and advancement. You will be a key contributor to our company's technical strategy and direction.

The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets. Ruby on Rails Engineer
Remote (U.S.)
Hi, we’re CompanyCam.
We create simple-to-use, visual-first communication and accountability tools for contractors. Imagine a B2B SaaS (business-to-business software-as-a-service) app that doesn’t look like garbage, built by a team of capable, laid-back people.
But don’t let the chill throw you off; we’re a fast-growing, product-led startup with big plans for the future.
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team.
As a Ruby on Rails Engineer, you’ll work alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers to tackle everything from huge company initiatives to modest but important bug fixes, from start to finish. You’ll also collaborate with your product team on discovery, helping to assess the direction and feasibility of product changes.
Engineers at CompanyCam provide input on solutions, implementation strategies, and the overall direction of our app. This means that you will have the chance not only to share your valuable insights, but also to learn new skills and expand your career.
Working At CompanyCam
Our engineering team is remote-first, spanning every time zone in the United States. We welcome people from all backgrounds and really don’t care whether or not you have a CS degree or even a high school diploma. All that matters is that you’re not an a**hole and you’re good at what you do.
Our Product and Engineering departments also do things a little differently than what you might be used to.
We use a customized version of Basecamp’s Shape Up method (fused with empowered product teams a la Marty Cagan’s Inspired) to organize and execute our work. That means you’ll work in a close-knit team consisting of a product manager, a product designer, and other engineers on an area of the product in 3-week cycles.
During cycles you’ll spend most of your time implementing product improvements, but you’ll also work with your team shaping (generating and vetting) product improvements for the next cycle. After each cycle your team will stop, reset, and choose to tackle another cycle or take a 1-3 week cool-down (a period of undirected work where you’ll pursue educational opportunities, work on pet projects, or smash some bugs that have been nagging at you). Rinse and repeat until code nirvana.
Wait, I think that cool-down thing deserves an extra call out: We build into our process 25% of an engineer’s time for undirected work.
Sounds nice, right? No sprinting, no scrumming, no death by 1,000 meetings. We protect our engineers’ time, treat them like adults, and trust them to get their work done. We’re also big on not overworking people. Put in your eight hours of focused, quality work and then TURN. SLACK. OFF. No nights and weekends.
Our larger company culture is also refreshingly chill. We have fun, learn from each other, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We cover the important stuff too. We pay well, offer unlimited vacation, meaningful equity, health insurance, and other benefits. This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. The starting point of our salary band for mid-level engineers is $115,000. The top of our salary band for mid-level engineers is $150,000.
What We Ask Of You
Must-haves
These are our non-negotiables:
- Show up: have the courage to do difficult but necessary stuff.
- Grow up: take responsibility, learn continuously, and have a growth mindset.
- Do good: treat your co-workers and customers the way you want to be treated.
- Strong experience with and knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
- 3 or more years of experience working as a professional developer. (Not all years of experience are created equal, so this one isn’t set in stone.)
- Reside permanently and currently somewhere in the U.S. Alas, we’re not set up to hire outside of the U.S.
Nice-to-haves
Day to day, you’ll spend 90%+ of your time working in Ruby on Rails, but, of course, that’s not all you’ll work with. While experience with the following technologies are not required (we’re cool with some on-the-job learning), you will see them with varying levels of frequency:
- GraphQL & REST
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- AWS services (S3, EC2, etc)
- ElasticSearch
- MongoDB

Title: Sr. Full Stack Engineer – Ruby on Rails and React JS
About the Job
Our core technology is Ruby on Rails and ReactJS on the web, along with a hybrid React Native mobile app. You’ll be joining us in a period of rapid growth, so your primary directive will be to roll up your sleeves and build stuff.
Our goal is for our product to be invisible to our users – it shouldn’t get in the way of their work, it shouldn’t be confusing, it shouldn’t require training. That requires us to be very considerate of our experience, very collaborative in how we build our software, and very close to our customers through the sales and support process.
You’ll work closely with business, design and customer support to craft the future of our product line, and occasionally spin up wholly new products and codebases. At a minimum, you’ll need to be able to use your experience to work through ambiguity, identify issues, and offer suggestions.
Here are a few concrete things that we’ve done lately and a few things on our short term roadmap to give you an idea of what kinds of things we’re up to and what you might do:
- Integrating our internal calendar system to sync with Google Calendar and others.
- Using our APM software to monitor and identify a bottleneck in a specific API endpoint and resolve it through various possible techniques.
- Addressing a user-reported bug in our React Native app where the keyboard, when it was active, was pushing some content outside of the accessible viewport.
- Using Twilio’s Conversations API to create a fully custom, integrated chat experience in our app for people on a project to talk with one another.
- Adding the ability to drag and drop to rearrange items in a to-do list.
- Identifying an issue in an open source project we rely on, fixing it, and getting that fix approved and merged.
- Adding in robust CSS3 and JavaScript animations to provide users with more fine-grained and delightful UI feedback.
- Spinning up a big net new feature behind a beta flag and slowly rolling it out to a test group.
- …and so much more.
Our team is small but growing, and our roadmap is full of so much more than we could ever build right now. In joining us, you’ll have an outsized impact on the success of the product and company.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is prolifically productive – which generally means you’re quite comfortable with Rails and React (or something similar, like Vue), you know how to put things together, and you can get things done.
We’re looking for someone with experience creating and shipping software in a production environment, and can show us or talk to us about it. We don’t do whiteboard interviews or algorithm lottery questions. Instead, we think the strongest indicator of whether you can do this type of work is whether you have successfully done this type of work before. And for this role, we’re going to ask you a lot about your past experience building products.
Our company is fully remote, and has been since before COVID. Our only current limitations on remote work are that you mostly work during US time zones.
We’re looking for someone who works and communicates well with others. Building software is a collaborative process; it requires a erse team with different types of experts who all work together regularly (and sometimes have to disagree and commit). Teamwork like this is even more important in a distributed remote environment, where effective collaboration is a bit more challenging.
To be considered, you’ll need
Successful engineers at BuildBook tend to be people who have a good bit of experience in building products from start to finish in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. You’re comfortable with a little ambiguity sometimes and can use your past experience to guide things from raw concepts to buildable products. You understand that good engineering decisions are about finding the best path forward given the constraints you’re working with.
Our requirements are somewhat flexible for this role, as we’d rather be as inclusive as possible. As such, we’re looking for:
- At least 4 years of professional experience working in a team environment.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React; OR experience in a similar tech stack and a willingness to learn Rails and/or React.
- Strong communication skills and/or experience with remote work.
- Residence in South America and the ability to work in a North American time zone.
Nice to have: BS in Computer Science, Math, EE, or other applicable degrees.
BuildBook celebrates ersity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other category protected under the law. #LI-Remote
Location Dependent Information This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $72,000-$84,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.

About Converge
Converge is building data infrastructure for online stores. We make it very easy for merchants to understand where their customers come from and help them optimize their customer acquisition. We do this by tracking customer events (e.g. Add To Cart) throughout the entire conversion funnel and forwarding these to their analytics tools and ad platforms.
We just graduated from the Y Combinator S23 cohort. We serve more than 85 customers and are profitable. We serve small Shopify stores all the way to publicly listed companies. We have been able to grow so fast through word-of-mouth because our customers really like what we are building.
We are backed by the founders of PostHog, Postscript, Shipbob, Showpad, etc.
About this role
At the moment, it's just us three co-founders and we are looking for a talented engineer who gets excited by talking to users and shipping product with us. You will be highly autonomous as to what you choose to work on to maximize your impact on the company.
What you'll work on
You will help us build out:
🔌 Datasources
We already have pre-built integrations with most of the big shopping platforms. We want to move beyond that and be the fastest way to track any customer event for all B2C companies. Some open challenges are: (i) making it easy to track custom events, (ii) building out backend, web and mobile SDKs, (iii) improving visibility/monitoring malfunctioning sources.
⛓️ Connections
One of the reasons customers use us instead of Segment/Rudderstack is because Converge is much faster and easier to set up. We need help on making it more powerful (e.g. transform data before forwarding) and less clunky.
🎯 Attribution
Our customers want to know where their users come from. A big challenge here is stitching customer events across sessions, devices and datasources.
📈 Insights
Converge captures the most granular data of a brand's userbase. We want to be the fastest, easiest and most powerful way for our customers to learn what is driving their user growth and we need to build out reporting functionality to do that.
Requirements
* Experience as a mid-to-senior level full stack engineer working on production applications OR experience as a technical founder.
* Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus.What we value
* Bias for action
* Radical honesty* Raising the bar* CheerfulnessSee a full list here

Make a difference in the lives of 1,000s of ethical hackers by designing and building the tools they need.
Our tool, Dradis Framework, is used by 1,000s of hacking experts in 44 countries around the world. We're looking for folks who like to solve problems and build a business and product that people genuinely love to interact with.
We're small, self-funded, profitable, and have been in business for 12 years.
What's the opportunity?
We're looking to hire our 10th full-time employee, a well-rounded Product Designer.
In this role, you will learn a ton and be part of a small, global, and user-centered company. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of 100s of ethical hackers. Plus, as a small team, you will have a lot of choice about what to work on, and there are still a lot of untapped opportunities for you to grow as the company does.
What we offer and what we are looking for:
Product designers at Security Roots are always working on different things. You'll be a trusted and key member of our team, and this is (some of) what you'll end up doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Pitching and designing new features to improve the experience for our users.
- Implementing your designs in code, while working closely with the rest of our team.
- Discovering opportunities to enhance and improve our design & development process.
- Improving our existing products and internal systems. We want to learn from you as you learn from us.
- Prioritizing and deciding what features we should tackle next.

This is a full-time position for the right candidate and it has an immediate start date. Work 100% remotely on a flexible schedule with reasonable overlap with EU business hours.
About you
Ideally, you've held a remote position before, or you've held a similar position of responsibility in a traditional organization but now are looking to improve your work-life balance.
You are a well-rounded inidual, work is not everything in life, you may have a family and social life. You work hard when it's work time and are able to switch off when it isn't.
You don't think of yourself as a "UI Designer", or a "Web Designer" or a "Front End developer". You're an inidual that can bring it together. Someone who loves Getting Real.
Javascript and Ruby on Rails experience is a plus, but not required. A background in Information Security wouldn't hurt either.
You're comfortable communicating with others verbally and in writing. Our team is spread across the world, and so are our users.
You are organized, like to be on top of your responsibilities, and don't let things slip through the cracks. You will be sure to include the name of your favorite tv series as part of your application.
You believe in giving back to the community. We started with an open-source project and to this day we remain firm believers of open-source and giving back. A lot of what you will be creating with the team will be released as open-source.
< class="container">Benefits of working with us

Overview
About ONE
ONE is on a mission to help people live healthier financial lives. We’re doing this by creating simple solutions to help our customers save, spend, and grow their money – all in one place.
The U.S. consumer today deserves better. Millions of Americans today can’t access credit, build savings or wealth, and are left to manage their financial lives through multiple disconnected apps. Almost a quarter of U.S. adults are unbanked or underbanked and roughly 80% of fintech users rely on multiple accounts to manage their finances.
What makes us unique? We are backed by a preeminent fintech investor (Ribbit) and the world’s largest retailer (Walmart), maintain the speed and independence of a startup, and employ a strong (and growing) collection of world-class talent.
There’s never been a better moment to build a business that helps people live healthier financial lives. Come build with us!
The role
Software Engineers at ONE build the products & systems that serve our customers and run our company. Besides writing, reviewing, and shipping code, engineers collaborate with others across the company, from product, design, and data to, customer support, ops, and compliance. Software Engineers at ONE are highly technical, communicative, and emotionally intelligent.
- Work closely with other engineers to ship code. We enjoy collaboration and partnering on hard problems.
- Build and maintain documentation. As a growing and remote organization, having the necessary docs are key to our success.
- Solve complex problems that arise at scale. We deal with real-world money movement, sensitive financial data at scale, and are creating novel financial mechanics with no real precedent.
You bring
- Professional experience building, shipping — and growing — non-trivial products & services.
- We are hiring at all levels of seniority for backend engineers.
- Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with. You value quality across code, communication, and culture.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
- A desire to keep growing your skills, and an ability to learn quickly. We hope you’ll be here for a while, and there’s no better investment than in our people.
- The Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest
Tools we use
We use the fp-ts library for functional programming with Node/TypeScript running on top of Kubernetes and AWS. We believe great engineers can learn any stack, so you do not need experience with these specific tools, but you’ll ramp up more quickly if you are familiar with functional programming concepts.
Pay Transparency
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties/requirements of the specific position. We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience. If you are selected for an interview, please feel welcome to speak to a Talent Partner about our compensation philosophy and other available benefits.
What it’s like working @ ONE
Our teams collaborate remotely and in our work spaces in New York and Sacramento.
- Competitive cash
- Benefits effective on day one
- Early access to a high potential, high growth fintech
- Generous stock option packages in an early-stage startup
- Remote friendly (anywhere in the US) and office friendly – you pick the schedule
- Flexible time off programs – vacation, sick, paid parental leave, and paid caregiver leave
- 401(k) plan with match
Leveling Philosophy
In order to thoughtfully scale the company and avoid downstream inequities, we’ve adopted a flat titling structure at ONE. Though we may occasionally post a role externally with a prefix such as “Senior” to reflect the external level of the position, we do not use prefixes in titles like that internally unless in a position which manages a team. Internal titles typically include your specific functional responsibility, such as engineering, product management or sales, and often include additional descriptors to ensure clarity of role and placement within our organization (i.e. “Engineer, Platform”, “Sales, Business Development” or “Manager, Talent”). Employees are paid commensurate with their experience and the internal level within ONE.
Inclusion & Belonging
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer and value ersity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Applicants in need of special assistance or accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us at [email protected].
For additional questions around our interview process, please check out our Candidate FAQs.
