Hello 👋 We’re looking for a part-time full-stack software engineer to join us at Rephonic — a B2B SaaS startup in the podcasting space with customers that include well-known companies like Google, HubSpot, TIME magazine, Penguin Random House and the BBC.
The role is part-time for 3 days per week but it could grow into a full-time role later (only if you’re open to that, no pressure).

You may also be working on our other product Reletter (it’s built on the same stack) and perhaps other apps in the future.
The Stack
You should have strong skills in at least one of either React or Python and be open to learning about any pieces that you’re missing from the list below.
React / Next.js
Python
Django
Elasticsearch
Redis
PostgreSQL
Docker
Ideally You Are
👍 A motivated self-starter who’s comfortable working without too much day-to-day supervision
🎧 Someone who (at least occasionally!) listens to podcasts
🤓 A bit of data geek (we collect and transform a lot of it)
💬 Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team environment with mostly chat-based communication
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for substantial parts of our development and ship new features from scratch.
Some examples of features you might build:
Figure out how to integrate podcasts uploaded to YouTube with our existing database
Build a "Google Trends for podcasts" tool using our data
A/B test changes to the onboarding flow in order to increase conversions
Requirements
Availability for at least 3 days per week (i.e. 3 x 8 hours, so 24 hours in total) but you can split and spread the hours throughout the week, however you like
Strong written English skills
This is a contract role so you’ll need to be registered as a freelancer (or similar) and be able to issue invoices to the company
You use either Linux or macOS for your work
Remuneration

Great products can simplify complex new technologies and unlock their power for the world. We are building one of these products, beginning with helping users to understand the world of NFTs, with our sights set to much more.
Floor is loved by 10s of thousands of users in web3 today and we’re just getting started.
Who are we?
Floor is a team of 12 web3 enthusiasts split evenly between NYC and fully-remote. Our founders have a proven track record, previously taking leading roles in building products like Venmo & Robinhood, and our engineering team has decades of experience building across many industries.

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our development team! Initially, you will work alongside our Tech Lead on a refactoring project with the goal of modernizing our base architecture. More details on that below, but first an introduction to us
Who we are
We’re a profitable, bootstrapped company that helps health & wellness clinics reduce paperwork, stay organized, and ultimately free up their time so they can spend more time with clients and less time managing administrative tasks.
Officially, we’re based in Toronto, Canada but each of us works remotely across North America, Europe, and Africa. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a 4 to 5 hours overlap with the EST timezone.
We use Slack to stay in touch throughout the week and Google Meet for sprint planning, standups, and a once-per-week full team meeting (for a demo day, updates from customer support/marketing/customer success, and we have a bit of fun playing a game together).
Our tech stack:
- Django, FastAPI
- React, Redux and Redux-Saga
- MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis
- AWS
- GitLab
Why join us
We’re a team that loves what we do and we all thrive on our ability to make an impact. We measure our success based on our output and quality of work, not the number of hours worked each week. We value work-life balance and offer flexibility to handle anything that may come up in our personal lives and to work when we feel the most productive.
Who we’re looking for
Initially, this role will be part of a long-term refactoring project alongside our Tech Lead. After this refactoring project, the role will transition to one that involves new feature development, bug fixes, writing tests, and assisting with code reviews.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven full-stack experience in Django, Python, FastAPI, and React/React-Saga
- Has previous experience refactoring existing code and designing new API interfaces
- Has a solid conceptual understanding of server architecture & scalable systems
- Is able to identify limitations of existing code and thoughtfully plan out its integration into the new architecture, including testing assumptions beforehand and thoroughly testing post-integration
- Can identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and scaling opportunities
- Can identify opportunities to improve our development processes to ensure all code follows standards, is well tested, and goes to production with minimal risk of incidents
In terms of industry work experience, the following is relevant for this role:
- 5+ years of industry software development experience
- 2+ years in a software development role for a SaaS business
- Previous experience with FastAPI (or a willingness to learn)
- Previous experience in Redis, MongoDB, and/or Elasticsearch
- An understanding of Linux-based operating systems
Compensation
- Salary - competitive based on experience & location
- Vacation - 26 vacation days (15 days PTO + 11 public holidays)
ClinicSense asks respectfully to only apply through the application form and not email/apply to them directly. Recruiters and Agencies please do not contact ClinicSense directly.

Striveworks: Better Models, Faster
The world has looked to data analytics to bridge the gap between floods of data and the struggle to use that data effectively to make timely, impactful decisions. Today, most organizations are awash in analytics that aren’t quite right models that were developed too generally, or too slowly, to be effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Striveworks is simplifying ModelOps with a powerful and extensible platform that instantiates the data analytic process as code.
Striveworks is trusted by leading Fortune 500 firms as well as leaders in the public sector as a primary solution for managing model development, monitoring, and governance and ensuring those models solve the real challenges their organizations face.
Striveworks’ Chariot platform enables users to turn their own production data into models and turn models into production systems. Uniquely, as you train, test, deploy, and use models, our lineage system enables you to track not only the upstream provenance of model and data sources, but also the downstream usage of the resultant model inferences. Combining this with a principled experience for data and model development, Chariot gives our customers in highly regulated industries an unmatched governance solution over the top of a performant ModelOps platform.
