About Us
Laudable lets B2B companies turn one happy customer into three new customers. With our SaaS platform and services, we automagically find happy customers, bottle what they're saying, and enable go-to-market teams to use that content to grow.
We're backed by Y Combinator, Greycroft, Craft Ventures, a collection of tech founders and CEOs… and recurring revenue (growing 18% every month) from real paying customers.
We’re a remote team committed to growth, winning, self-reflection, and having fun. We're looking for kind, ambitious, bright, and resourceful humans to join us.
We want you to know
You can be a great candidate even if you don't fit everything we describe below. You can also have important skills we haven't thought of. If that's you, please apply and tell us about yourself.
We're committed to ersity and building an equitable and inclusive work home for people of all backgrounds and experience. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.
Working at Laudable
If you join Laudable, you can expect to join a team that believes in:
* Trust. Our product is evolving quickly and there’s tons of opportunity to create new things nearly every day. We believe in giving our team autonomy to find solutions to problems—technical, architectural, or UX-related—themselves rather than always being directed by a lead or Product Manager.
* Embracing a “shitty first draft” mindset. Quality and customer delight are both incredibly important, but it’s often even more important to ship something quickly to validate our ideas and iterate using live customer input. We ship frequently and ambitiously, and lean heavily into dogfooding solutions ourselves using draft versions of functionality before polishing for release to our customers to achieve via self-service in our product.* Challenging conventions. “It’s always been that way” is not a good reason to do something. We apply that thinking not only when considering a new technology or process, but also to our own decisions. Sometimes decisions we make don’t work out - we have no problem admitting when we were wrong, asking for and filtering advice from smart people, and charting a new path forward if and when we find a better way.* Having fun. Creating products people love is fun. Also fun? Facing and overcoming challenges, and building something from nothing. We want our work environment to reflect this. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we build fun and humor into our day-to-day.Read more about our values and operating principles here.
The Role
As a full-stack engineer you’ll be responsible for helping us add new features and improve our existing products across the entire stack. Some challenges you may work on during a typical day at Laudable as an engineer include:
* Extending functionality and adding features to a containerized Go application.
* Implementing simple to advanced video manipulation using FFMPEG or similar tools.* Identify and compare outside solutions to custom-built solutions to solve new product or customer challenges.* Design and build a new UI in our end user-facing NextJS application. Our current stack is built on NextJS, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Go, Google Cloud, and Meilisearch. We’ve also experimented with technologies such as gRPC, Kubernetes, and Python and could add these (or other!) technologies to our stack as our product and its needs continue to grow. Prior experience with our stack is definitely a plus but not a requirement!
Note: We’re open to candidates within a range of experience levels - from mid-level all the way up to a very senior (Staff- or Principal-level) engineer.
Our Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to mimic (as closely as we can) the work you’ll actually be doing on a day-by-day basis, and to be as efficient as we can make it while still giving both you and us a chance to evaluate whether Laudable is a place that you’ll thrive.
We’ll lay out the entire process in our first call so you know what to expect, and we offer either a take-home or in-person option for our coding exercise. Throughout the process, you’ll be guided through the process by the hiring manager or another contact in engineering directly, and we’ll give you as much up-front information about what to expect as we can (we want you to be successful!).
Benefits
* Fully remote team
* Competitive salary and equity* Health and dental insurance* Flexible \"take what you need\" PTO (that we expect you to actually take!)* An up-to-date laptop and budget for equipment you need to set up your home office",

The future of healthcare is at home - we are a team of technologists building the next generation of care management at the intersection of hardware and software. We won’t stop until we’ve brought the world class tools of a hospital to your home.
We develop hardware software, and diagnostics to improve the lives of chronic care patients (cancer, hypertension, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).
In the US, 80% of healthcare spend occurs in 20% of patients. We aim to drastically reduce this cost through modern devices and preventative care services. Our core device (FDA Class 2 cleared) uses machine-learning trained on cell classification to allow chronic patients to monitor their white blood count at home. Our core software product is a platform to help doctors monitor vitals, trends, etc. of such patients, so that physicians and patients can stay aligned without direct interaction.
We also have a fast growing SaaS Revenue Cycle Management business that provides revenue intelligence for hundreds of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art dashboard Athelas Insights provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.

Hi, I’m Neil McLean, co-founder and CEO at Navattic.
It's extremely energizing seeing prospect and customer reactions to Navattic - many have shared they've wanted something like this for a long time. As the Business Development Lead, you'll be charged with bringing Navattic's value proposition and solution to the broader market. This includes crafting outbound email and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects, supporting our sales process with demo builds and helping our Head of Growth implement and measure new growth experiments.
You'll work closely with Kateri Martin to get up to speed. She was our first BDR at Navattic and helped build a repeatable outbound motion at Navattic.
This is a full-time, paid position. We're a remote-first team but around half of the team is based in NYC, where we routinely WeWork in-person. Either option is totally acceptable! We also hold semi-annual offsites in fun locations like Austin and San Diego.
What we're building
At Navattic, we’re on a mission to enable all teams to achieve product-led growth. In the consumer world, it’s the expectation that you can try out services and software before buying. This is not the case in the B2B world and we’re on a mission to enable all teams to create “try before you buy” experiences, like our interactive Navattic demo.
Traction & investors
Since launching last year, we’ve been fortunate to work with 200+ companies including Ramp, Front, and Fivetran. As of late, we’ve been particularly busy. We’ve grown from 100 to 200 customers in the last 5 months! Customers love Navattic; we have a large library of amazing customer calls and quotes.
We are well funded and backed by great investors, including Y Combinator, 645 Ventures, Canvas Ventures and a variety of strategic angels.
Why join now?
As an early team member you will help shape:
* The direction of our product and our go-to-market strategy - What features should we build next? What tooling can we build to support further growth? Many questions in this vein are still yet to be answered.
* Our company culture, practices, and processes - Maintaining a nimble, remote organization at scale is a hard problem we want to solve and we’d love your help. Many of our employees have influenced or made significant changes as we’ve grown. We’re at an exciting point where a lot is working but the opportunity is immense and there's much more to build & shape.

Moving the world better – that’s the backbone of everything we do. At Ridecell, we pride ourselves on helping the largest fleets in the world digitally transform their business operations to achieve their goals, no matter how big or adventurous. Our fleet automation and mobility platform modernizes and monetizes fleets by combining real-time data insights with digital vehicle control that turns manual processes into automated workflows. Imagining a world where fleets fix and run themselves is no longer a concept – it’s a reality.
As Ridecell continues its mission to move the world better through digital transformation of fleets, we are looking for a savvy partner for our CEO & the Executive team. In this role you will assist the executive team in day to day functions of the company. From routine tasks and meetings that help our company, our people, our product, and our customers “level up” to strategic projects, you will work beside our CEO and Executive team and help the company succeed.
You have multiple years of experience in one or more operational roles at a startup or high growth business unit. You recognize you have more to learn and prefer doing it in a boardroom over the classroom. You are not afraid of taking on significant responsibility but want to “level up” in certain areas before you fly solo leading a business unit lead or even a business. You care deeply about doing the right thing and about treating people well. Most importantly, you are humble and ready to do whatever it takes to help the company succeed - from tasks like running effective meetings or answering important emails to taking lead on strategic tasks that fit your operational strengths with leaders providing coaching where needed. Our CEO & Executive team is committed to providing active mentorship on specific areas where you want to improve and near complete transparency from him on any aspect of his thought process.
We would expect that this role would “graduate” into a leader at Ridecell or even elsewhere (or start their own company!), after a couple of years..

The best fits will have some stellar references ready to attest to all of the above.

Who we are:
TrueBiz is reinventing how financial services verify businesses during account opening. Our technology automates the review of company documents captured at registration, and combines this with searches in best-in-class data sources.
Our ultimate vision is to create a single sign-on for business identity. When a business is verified once using our service, they will re-use their credentials across our network without re-submitting their information. Automating the onboarding process for banks is the first step in our journey.
We launched in early 2022, onboarded our first customers and are backed by Y Combinator (Summer 22 batch) together with a range of top fintech founders.
Background on the role:
We're looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Founding Engineer to join our team.

What you’ll do:
* Build, optimize and scale various methods to process different types of company documents (e.g. Articles of Incorporation, Invoices, Proof of Shareholder Structure)
* Rapidly build proof of concepts, testing new hypotheses, and iterating to maximize learning* Work with our customers and internal stakeholders to help make them successful and prioritize our product and engineering roadmapsYou’ll be successful in this role if you have:
* Experience with document processing solutions. The nature of the documents we process are varied. We’re applying a range of existing and new OCR and NLP technologies to deliver value for our clients.
* Comfort working with high autonomy and ambiguity. You’re an entrepreneurial character that wants to be there from the beginning of the journey and help shape the platform. You are a motivated self-starter that craves ownership.* Bias for Action. You feel that done is better than perfect, yet still want to get as close to perfect as you can.* Results Orientation. You love to deeply understand the end-user’s goal and focus on delivering clear, simple, and scalable solutions* Multi Disciplinary Approach. You are able to work on varied and complex problems, and break them down into achievable goals.* Some interest in fintech or regtech. We’re working with some of the most innovative fintechs in the world. Some empathy and understanding of their broader challenges will help us develop useful solutions. What’s in it for you:
* Biggest career boosting opportunity out there! Join a very early Y Combinator backed startup that is innovating in a huge but archaic industry. You’ll get exposure to things beyond your immediate skill set as we scale the company.
* End-to-end ownership & the ability to define a product category You’ll get to define and build the core of a system for a huge new category of regtech & build a product that will be used by thousands of companies. This is an archaic industry dominated by players like Dun & Bradstreet, Lexis Nexus and Thompson Reuters (combined market cap >$200bn) but fintechs struggle to use their solutions.* Clear pathway to grow You’re getting in on day 1. You’ll be given as much opportunity as you can handle, whether that’s building & managing a team, owning an entire part of the product as we scale, or making key architectural decisions. You’ll set the bar for engineers who join who after you and help define the company culture.* Serious upside without downside You’ll get a significant equity stake to provide a financial as well as emotional ownership.
