Your opportunity
As CoinTracker’s first Crypto Tax Analyst focused on India, you will be an integral part of CoinTracker's founding Tax team. Your mission is to make CoinTracker the most accurate crypto tax product trusted by both consumers and accountants in India. You’ll do this by researching and sharing valuable insights with our Product, Customer Support, and Partnership teams. You will report to our Head of Tax Strategy and support the Tax function which underpins CoinTracker's cryptocurrency tax & accounting software.

As CoinTracker’s first Crypto Tax Analyst, you will be an integral part of CoinTracker's founding Tax team. Your mission is to make CoinTracker the most accurate crypto tax product trusted by both consumers and accountants in the countries we support.

The Role
The Sr. Director of Marketing will set the B2B integrated marketing strategy for: acquiring new clients (IPO and public) to list on LTSE’s exchange; launching new clients; and, amplifying the voice of existing clients to grow and evolve this centerpiece of LTSE’s value proposition. The initial primary focus for this role will be to partner with existing listed corporate clients by developing the marketing strategy which will amplify their voice and position them as the next generation of leaders in driving “long-termism” and capitalism 2.0.
The ideal candidate is a client champion with a passion for strategy and big-picture thinking, yet enjoys digging into all aspects of marketing execution. Additionally, he or she is collaborative, skilled in managing high-value relationships, and has the experience to drive projects from conception to completion. Position will report directly to CMO level.
In this role you will:
* Partner with LTSE business partners to understand the needs of the client and their buying journey to create programs that exceed client expectations and drive key business results, including awareness, renewal and client loyalty.
* Partner with LTSE business leaders to articulate LTSE’s total value to clients, which is complex, and technical. Must be able to translate for different client constituents, including the C-Suite.* Lead team of marketing professionals focused on B2B acquisition and retention programs.* Develop strong relationships with Marketing counterparts at client organizations to develop the marketing strategy and bespoke integrated marketing plans. * Working on the overall product strategy and decision making about company’s product direction
* Leading the team designing beautiful, system-based solutions for challenging customer problems, and building remarkable software solutions* Sourcing, recruiting, managing, and retaining talented designers with high potential* Owning our brand and marketing design functions* Proactively tracking and improving key metrics — and providing weekly reports* Working closely with engineering and other teams to ensure high-quality of implementation* Making sure the operational components to support onboarding are in place, and designing ops processes in collaboration with Business Operations teamMinimum requirements
* Experience managing teams of 6+ at a product company
