Your opportunity
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will have a significant impact on the success of CoinTracker. You will support Jon with administrative and operational support, including calendar and email management, internal and external communications, facilitation of effective meetings, and travel coordination. As our first Technical Account Manager, you are our enterprise customers' trusted advisor and a critical part of the customer success team at CoinTracker. The Role
The Sr. Director of Marketing will set the B2B integrated marketing strategy for: acquiring new clients (IPO and public) to list on LTSE’s exchange; launching new clients; and, amplifying the voice of existing clients to grow and evolve this centerpiece of LTSE’s value proposition. The initial primary focus for this role will be to partner with existing listed corporate clients by developing the marketing strategy which will amplify their voice and position them as the next generation of leaders in driving “long-termism” and capitalism 2.0.
The ideal candidate is a client champion with a passion for strategy and big-picture thinking, yet enjoys digging into all aspects of marketing execution. In this role you will:
* Partner with LTSE business partners to understand the needs of the client and their buying journey to create programs that exceed client expectations and drive key business results, including awareness, renewal and client loyalty.

We’re looking for a strong product leader who can work quickly on a small team to have significant impact on our customers' success.
What You'll Do
* Lead major initiatives to create surprisingly delightful onboarding and integration experiences across all Muxproducts
* Focus on users converting from signups to paying customers, and reducing friction along that path* Build internal tools and systems that support all product areas in creating a great customer experience* Work with the team to identify and implement opportunities to grow customers’ breadth and depth of Muxproducts use* Analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to help make product decisionsWho You Are
* 5+ years of product management, focused on delivering stellar experiences for external developers
* Prior experience building onboarding experiences with a focus on customer growth* An understanding of web and mobile application development—the tools and processes involved* Experience driving product execution across design and engineering teamsU.S. Benefits
