Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. We believe that more startups should exist, and that founder-led companies are more successful in the long term. With Pulley’s cap table management tools, companies can better understand and optimize their equity for the long term. Starting a company is hard enough. Managing equity shouldn’t be.

Pulley is growing quickly with over 1600 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, Coda - all within our first year of product launch. ✨ Our Culture
TL&DR - Pulley is not a good fit for everyone, and that’s OK. This is a bit about the culture of Pulley. We need people who aren’t just interested in working at a startup; we need people who are excited about building a great company. In addition to function-specific skills, here are some traits that enable our team members to thrive:
First Principles Thinking -- We believe in breaking down problems into their most basic parts. We don’t reject ideas because they haven’t worked before. We understand “why did certain things work?” and apply it to our situation.
Ship It & Iterate -- Shipping is the starting line for learning. Ship something, talk to users, get feedback, and iterate. We focus on the inputs - on what we can control - not the outcomes. We take our best bets, and don’t fixate on the finish line.
Boldly Honest & Aggressively Considerate -- Being boldly honest means we push one another to act from first principles, set and hit goals, and ruthlessly prioritize. Being aggressively considerate means we care about each other as humans to win as a team. We speak up and embrace feedback.
Default Yes -- We believe that something is possible unless proven otherwise. Hard problems are often solved by people who didn’t know it was impossible.
We’re also inspired by the culture work done at other companies and plan to develop our own playbook here too. One of the concepts that resonate most with us is the importance of stunning colleagues.
If you like the sound of our environment and you’re passionate about joining a team like the one we’ve described, we'd love to talk!
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $80,000 + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

About Vector
Vector is building a video platform for B2B sellers. Video is the most powerful form of communication - async, digestible and personal. But current solutions are broken and antiquated. They lack beauty, innovation, and serve as \"tools\" versus full solutions for driving pipeline & revenue.
About the role 🚀
We're looking for a Founding Engineer to join us in building the future of how B2B sales teams will leverage video to engage with their prospects and close deals.
As previous Go-To-Market execs, Nick (Co-Founder, COO) and I (Joshua - Co-Founder, CEO) know how to identify the needs of our users and build an enduring company, but we're looking for a talented and equally hungry Founding Engineer that wants to make an epic product & company.
You will play a key role in the early design of our web application architecture and the development of our Engineering and Product teams. You will have the opportunity to not only architect and build systems, but also shape the organization itself. This is a high ownership, impact, and visibility role in building a product that will directly impact the future of Vector. Vector engineers will become an expert on the industry and spend time talking to users, planning our product roadmap, and working on go-to-market initiatives. As an early member of a new team, you’ll also play a major role in shaping the team’s culture and organization to help us scale.
What You'll Do
* Have complete ownership in translating product roadmap to code (we're looking for someone with strong opinions who can level us up, and understands the balance between moving quickly and building for scalability)
* Ship new, innovative technology at a high velocity* Listen to users and help shape what we build* Make recommendations on Product/Engineering team growth (with potential to lead, if interested)* Push the boundaries of browser-side video editing (or at least the perception of \"video editing\"... #HTMLCanvas)* Build scrappy (and eventually scalable) video hosting and serving infrastructure* Innovate with technology like AI voice/video synthesis, real-time notifications, etc. What We're Looking For
* 3+ years building in a production environment
* Experience with standing up a variety of early stage backend concepts: user management, access control, Stripe billing, endpoints/business logic, early stage database design* Bonus: server-side video technologies (FFMPEG, CDN, object storage) - we'll probably use video.api for encoding/scaling so not a dealbreaker* You're okay with monoliths, moving quickly and your brain doesn't explode when your try/catch doesn't have retry logic (at least on day one)* Act like an owner: Autonomy in a role that will supercharge your growth both professionally and personally* Ready to build a culture that will be the foundation of this business for decades* Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with folks who have different working styles* Previous leadership experience to include hiring, onboarding and training a successful team, is a plus* This position is for U.S. based applicants only",

About OneSchema
Every company needs to receive data from partners and customers. From a tech company onboarding a new client’s historical data to an insurance broker receiving pricing quotes, the not-so-shocking truth is that all these workflows run on manually sent spreadsheet files.
At OneSchema, we believe data onboarding is broken and we’re going to fix it. Today, engineers cobble together messy scripts to try to make data loading seamless for customers and internal teams. But, they always break, frustrating engineers, customers, and support teams alike.
Enter, OneSchema (oneschema.co). We make importing CSV data 10x faster by automatically detecting and resolving issues with customer data. Our vision is to automate the “long tail of ETL” processes that today are painstaking, manual, and repetitive. We get our customers out of spreadsheets and back to the meaningful, creative work they love.
We are backed by top investors including General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, and Y Combinator. Our customers range from publicly traded enterprises to cloud 100 startups like Scale AI. As a rapidly growing seed-stage company, every team member has the chance to have a major impact on our business. Compensation is competitive - we expect employees to act like owners and make sure their equity stake reflects that.
About the role
Account Executives (AEs) are the core of OneSchema’s go to market motion. As a full-cycle seller, you’ll be a trusted advisor to engineering leaders building out their data stack.
Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new business opportunities, running discovery calls with inbound prospects, deeply understanding their pain, and solving that pain with OneSchema platform. We want AEs with a hunter mentality who take ownership over filling their pipeline.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious account executive who wants to rapidly learn the skills needed to become a true sales leader. As the 2nd seller on our team, your responsibilities will span far beyond a traditional sales role. We want team members who will contribute actively to the existing playbooks and can build playbooks of their own to tackle new markets.
This is a role for a salesperson who’s a builder at heart and wants to collaborate closely with OneSchema’s world-class product & engineering teams. You’re the voice of the customer, and will inform the new products we build and markets we enter. As an early member of a top seed-stage startup, you’ll get exposure to top Silicon Valley investors and engineering executives. You’ll be mentored by our accomplished sales advisors including VP of Sales at Airtable, Head of SMB at Notion, and Director of Sales at Webflow.
The learning and growth opportunities in the role are immense. You’ll report directly to our CEO, and have influence over OneSchema’s top-level strategy. We have a collaborative, fast-paced work culture. If you’re energized by the chance to have ownership and influence over a new and growing sales function, then we would love to talk to you.
About you
As a rapidly scaling startup, we’re looking for team members who can hit the ground flying. From day one, you’ll be meeting with product & engineering executives and need the gravitas to command their attention.
Requirements:
* Experience 2-4 years of quota carrying, SaaS closing experience. Likely currently in a mid-market sales role selling $25k+ ACV contracts.
* Hunter Mentality You hold yourself accountable to producing your own deals and push the pace to blow past quota.* Builder Mindset Beyond just selling, you’re signing up to build a company. We’re excited about candidates who have demonstrated impact on the product, sales playbook, and broader GTM motion. You’re excited about meaningful equity compensation.* Hustle & Grit At an early stage startup, things are always changing. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in an unpredictable environment and can “run through walls” to tackle seemingly impossible challenges.* Previous startup experience Ideally, at a seed through series D startupTechnical Chops Experience selling a technical product to technical buyers (nice to have)Benefits
* Meaningful equity compensation - employees act like owners and their compensation reflects that
* Medical, Dental and Vision plans* Daily lunch in office* 401k, HSA, and FSAs* Unlimited PTO and sick days* Mentorship from marketing leaders at companies such as Webflow, Airtable, and NotionOneSchema is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all applicants from every background and life experience. About Vanta
We started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election. It was clear that security and privacy had become mainstream issues, and that we all increasingly relied on cloud services to store everything from our personal photos to our communications at work.
Vanta's mission is to be the layer of trust on top of these services, and to secure the internet, increase trust in software companies, and keep consumer data safe.
We do this by building an automated head of security for technology companies, and we use that system to both help a company secure itself and to prove their security to others.
